After his apprenticeship in the telecommunications industry and his studies as an industrial engineer, he started his career in the software industry at one of the world's largest companies in this field. Due to his success in scaling technology companies, he has been responsible for and driven the growth of various national and international companies as Managing Director for the last 12 years. He has held positions at large corporations, a start-up and medium-sized companies. Among others, these companies were accompanied by family offices or private equity organizations.

With more than 25 years of professional experience worldwide and a wealth of experience in various industries, he is a valued partner in filling management positions for large and medium-sized companies.

Arthur Jeger is a Senior Partner of SENATOR partner Jochen Mühlbauer at the Vaihingen Enz branch. He is responsible for the competence centers Aerospace & Defence, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, Packaging Technology and for Sales & Marketing positions. He has also acquired special knowledge in the area of onboarding processes.

After completing his Master's degree in Education at Ruhr University Bochum, Arthur Jeger joined a renowned and long-established HR consultancy in Bonn. There he learned the craft of a personnel consultant from the ground up. Through initial activities as a recruiter, followed by the management of his own consulting projects, he gained extensive knowledge in various sectors and positions. Through these many years of consulting experience, he acquired specialized knowledge for technical professions, especially engineering positions.

With his extensive experience in filling both technical and commercial positions, Mr. Arthur Jeger provides his clients with targeted support in the selection and recruitment of personnel. As an experienced CEO in the automotive, digital & online business and IT sectors, he strengthens our partner network with a clear focus on these areas of expertise. As Managing Director, Mr. Schüßler was responsible for the development of software and digital products in these sectors. His expertise in setting up business units and scaling start-ups, as well as in implementing innovative corporate strategies and business development round off his profile.

In his role as CTO, Mr. Schüßler was responsible for the introduction of new technologies as well as the go-to-market strategy and was in charge of marketing and online sales. A success factor of his work was the targeted filling of key positions that were decisive for the realization of the company's goals. Mr. Schüßler is distinguished by his flair for identifying candidates in areas such as software development, data analytics, DevOps, engineering, project management and online marketing. His ability to find suitable talents for specific roles already shaped him during this time and laid the foundation for his later path into personnel consulting.

Eric Schüßler managed a wide range of major projects in the automotive sector with passionate commitment. His responsibilities spanned the entire product development process, from research and pre-development to series production and market launch. His expertise in the field of electromechanical components is particularly noteworthy; in the infotainment segment in particular, Mr. Schüßler was responsible for the integration of consumer electronics and head-up displays.

As an engineer with a degree in computer engineering and an additional degree in entrepreneurship, Mr. Schüßler has a broad knowledge of technology combined with business management.

Ms. Lusine Tufenkchyan works for Senator Executive Search Partners as a Research Consultant.

With her degree in Human Resource Management in Belgium, she quickly found her way to working with people. 

Before moving to Germany, she worked for five years at a Belgian research center and IT consultancy specializing in BIG data, which had a huge impact on her. She started as HR Officer and Recruitment Coordinator and was able to help build up two subsidiaries in Tunisia and France through her degrees, which gave her the opportunity to develop into a Career Manager. 

She then worked in the headhunting genre at a start-up. This gave her the opportunity to get to know the German market and advise Tier 1 automotive customers. Her language skills have always supported her creativity in opening up new markets for resources in times of staff shortages.
