HISTORY
The SENATOR network has its origins in 1994, when the founders and managing partners entered the personnel consulting business. In the meantime, far more than 25 years of experience have been added since the company was founded, as the partner network has grown and continues to grow with experienced colleagues. The decisive factor here was the change from a personnel consultant in the 1990s to a problem solver, who today makes the client's goals his own in each individual project. As a result, we can look back on several thousand successful placements and have tools and processes that are second to none!
