Interview and dossier
We always invite the most suitable candidates to a personal interview.
We compile a detailed dossier after thoroughly analyzing the potential candidates. It includes a summary of the interview, the original application documents with photo, certificates, and references, as well as aptitude tests.

Presentation and selection
After submitting the confidential dossiers, the consultants personally present the candidates to our clients. Upon request, we accompany the discussions until the contract is signed.
