Preselection / candidates
From all the researched profiles, which we have compiled and identified in a "longlist", we select the most suitable candidates and combine them into a "shortlist".
Suitability diagnostics
We carry out an aptitude diagnostic assessment with the candidates from the "shortlist". We use modern aptitude diagnostics and mirror candidates with comparative profiles from their occupational group.
Interview and dossier
We always invite the most suitable candidates to a personal interview.
We prepare the detailed dossier after a thorough analysis of the potential candidates. It includes the interview summary, the original application documents with photo, certificates and references as well as the aptitude diagnostics.
Presentation and selection
After submitting the confidential dossiers, the consultants present the candidates to our clients in person. If desired, we accompany the interviews until the conclusion of the contract.
