Our commissions are fair and transparent to all parties and are not based on the hourly or daily rate of our interim managers, but exclusively on fixed rates. We reject percentage-based commission as a basis for business, as this mostly only serves the provider's prospective clients.
As a certified personnel consultancy, we are guided by the quality standards of the BDU.
Many years of experience as a specialist and/or manager: In principle, we assume that an interim manager has at least 15 years of professional experience; depending on the type of mandate, we expect at least 10 years of management experience for managerial functions. However, this is a subordinate criterion for assignments of specialists, e.g. in controlling or IT. In board-level mandates, we place candidates who have previously worked at C-level.
Industry and functional know-how: Many companies rely on experts they have already worked with for various projects and vacancy bridging. We do not believe in generalist competence and look for the best professionally experienced expert for each challenge.
Experience in medium-sized businesses, in family businesses and/or medium-sized structures or in large companies.
Willingness and ability to accept new challenges again and again.
Quick comprehension in order to be able to quickly familiarise yourself with new projects and environments.
Hands On Mentality: Action orientation, strength of implementation and the will to tackle and solve problems yourself.
Team spirit and the ability to "take colleagues with you".
Flexibility, as projects often have to be filled at short notice.
Supraregional availability and willingness to travel.
At least in German-speaking countries, excellent knowledge of German and mostly also of English.
