The SENATOR network has its origins in 1994, when the founders and managing partners entered the field of personnel consulting. In the meantime, far more than the mere 25 years of experience have been added since the founding, because the partner network has grown and continues to grow with experienced colleagues. The decisive factor was the change from a personnel consultant in the 90s to a problem solver, who today makes the client's goals his own in every individual project. As a result, we can look back on several thousand successful placements and have tools and processes that are second to none!
