David Bart has been working as a consultant at Senator Executive Search Partners since 2023.

Before and during his studies in business administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Landshut, he was able to gain in-depth insights into various areas of a large automotive group.

Towards the end of his studies, David Bart therefore focused on the competence modules of marketing, sales, and human resources, while working in the automotive group's internal sales department.

In his bachelor's thesis, he developed various creative ideas and strategies for content marketing via digital channels for a local sports club rich in tradition, based on his own interest.

After completing his studies, Mr. Bart left the corporation and joined a medium-sized freight forwarding company, where he worked not in sales or marketing but as a recruiter in the human resources department.

Here, a healthy mix of knowledge in marketing, sales, and human resources, combined with a very pleasant and friendly personality, is crucial for success in the recruitment process.
