Ms Uzuner’s enthusiasm for new, rapidly growing and innovative developments in the media sector was further deepened by her studies in media management. The fascination with the deliberate management of information flows and the power of targeted communication not only extends across several generations but continues to grow to this day, evolving into a consumer-driven market with a wide range of potential.

Duygu Uzuner’s affinity for gaming has deliberately led her into the „gaming niche“, which has now become a market in its own right. The industry’s steady growth has been reflected in the evolution from arcade studios to metaverse technologies. This growth can only be further driven forward if the high demand for qualified staff can be met.

Ms Uzuner is keen to take on the challenge of working effectively and successfully in a goal-oriented manner here. Given her many years„ experience as a career coach and over a decade of leadership experience in the “retail and services’ sector, with a focus on HR management, this is a logical step. Her aim is not only to strengthen the retail sector but, above all, the gaming industry, and to successfully support companies in their recruitment efforts.

Ms Uzuner is also looking forward to the integration of the games industry into the cultural and creative sectors, as this will open up innovative, forward-looking and many exciting new opportunities.
