He expanded his commercial knowledge through business customer acquisition and direct sales and, during his career, which culminated in a position as sales manager, he gained many years of valuable experience in training and further education of young professionals.
This was followed by a career as an independent personnel consultant in the field of recruiting and direct approach.
After several successful years in personnel consulting, Heiko Brennfleck now focuses on acquiring new customers in the individual competence centers and advising our clients in their search for specialists and executives in the field of sales and marketing as sales manager at SENATOR.
