He expanded his commercial knowledge through business customer acquisition and direct sales and gained many years of valuable experience in the training and development of young talents during his career, up to sales manager.
This was followed by a career as an independent personnel consultant in the field of recruiting and direct approach.
After several successful years in personnel consulting, Heiko Brennfleck, as Sales Manager at SENATOR, concentrates on acquiring new customers in the individual competence centers and advising our clients in their search for specialists and managers in the area of sales and marketing.
