Jürgen Thielemann is a partner with extensive expertise in the consumer goods and mechanical engineering industries. With his experience in the valve and control technology industry as well as in the field of manufacturing plants and mechanical engineering, he successfully fills all specialist and management positions in these areas. His particular area of expertise is human resources, where he successfully finds and recruits candidates for HR positions in all industries. After completing his university education with a degree in production engineering, he began his professional career in science and organizational consulting. Mr. Thielemann then worked primarily in the consumer goods industry, in shopfitting, and in the fittings and control technology industry for the steam and energy sector. As a manager, he was responsible for the functional areas of human resources, management systems, IT, and organization. Most recently, he served for many years as Chief Human Resources and Organization Officer in the plant engineering sector and as Technical Managing Director at one of the most renowned international consumer goods manufacturers in the premium cookware sector. In addition, Mr. Thielemann has many years of experience in project management and in development and change projects and has been involved as a volunteer labor court judge, as an advisor to a large German health insurance company, and as a lecturer at universities.

Mr. Thielemann attaches particular importance to comprehensive personnel consulting and sustainable, professional cooperation—both with companies and with candidates. In order to find the right candidate, it is essential that the company and the consultant have a common understanding of the position to be filled. Success factors for this include jointly developing an accurate job description and the key requirements for potential candidates, as well as determining the corporate culture.
