After completing a banking apprenticeship and studying law in Munich and business management in St Gallen, Oliver Becker began his professional career as a solicitor specialising in M&A and private equity at a leading law and tax consultancy firm.
He then moved to the investment management division of a major international bank. He subsequently took over as managing director of a medium-sized investment company.
Oliver Becker has been working as a recruitment consultant since 2011. He mainly advises clients in the asset management sector and the family office sector.
As well as executive search, his passion lies in interim management, for which he is responsible within the Senator Partners network and acts as the point of contact for both partners and clients. Drawing on his extensive experience and legal expertise, he advises various associations and interest groups on interim management matters.
