Bartholomäus Ch. Lainer began his professional career as a lecturer at the training and further education institute of the Lucerne Commercial Association. His next stop in Switzerland was as a project manager in the central management and personnel development department of a retail group with production and service companies.

He has been self-employed since 1995 and is constantly involved in change projects at the BMW Group as a change management consultant and trainer.

In 2009, he founded a management consultancy specializing in management development and change management, which advises and implements in the medium-sized automotive environment as well as in smaller and medium-sized companies.

For several years now, he has been combining his practical experience with the latest scientific findings by teaching on the Master's degree course in Industrial Engineering and Management at Landshut University of Applied Sciences.

At SENATOR, he supports the area of change management and is the contact person for planned and ongoing change projects in the fields of corporate strategy, structure and culture.

He draws on his long experience from many projects starting as an organizational development consultant and works with modern change management tools.

Andreas Otterbach is an expert in excellence in personnel and corporate management. His focus is on personnel and organizational development, especially the development of an appreciative leadership culture. He also supports specialists and managers in individual coaching sessions.

As Professor of Business Administration and Corporate Management at the Stuttgart Media University, Andreas Otterbach's research focuses on the success factors of hidden champions, particularly in terms of personnel management. Many insights can be derived from this that also benefit small and medium-sized companies. His book "Leading through appreciation" (2017) provides a good insight into this topic.

Andreas Otterbach is a business trainer and systemic coach, both certified by the German Association for Coaching and Training (DVCT). These skills enable him to work with his clients in a very personal and targeted manner.

Further stages of his education include a degree in business administration and a doctorate at the University of Bamberg. He also holds a degree in banking management.

Ms. Lusine Tufenkchyan works for Senator Executive Search Partners as a Research Consultant.

With her degree in Human Resource Management in Belgium, she quickly found her way to working with people. 

Before moving to Germany, she worked for five years at a Belgian research center and IT consultancy specializing in BIG data, which had a huge impact on her. She started as HR Officer and Recruitment Coordinator and was able to help build up two subsidiaries in Tunisia and France through her degrees, which gave her the opportunity to develop into a Career Manager. 

She then worked in the headhunting genre at a start-up. This gave her the opportunity to get to know the German market and advise Tier 1 automotive customers. Her language skills have always supported her creativity in opening up new markets for resources in times of staff shortages.

Dr. Stegner has many years of (board) experience, a broad finance and operations background and a very positive track record in development and change topics. In the financial services industry, he was responsible for various operational and strategic functions in the middle and back office, at the interface to IT and at board level.

With his broad expertise, Dr. Stegner supports companies from the primary insurance and reinsurance sectors, the banking industry and other financial services in all aspects of personnel consulting. Due to his wealth of entrepreneurial experience and his broad functional background, he is a valued partner in the precise placement of experts and management positions, not only in the areas of finance, risk, operations and at management level.

With his in-depth knowledge and practical experience, Dr. Stegner also devotes himself intensively to the exciting field of sport, clubs and associations.

As a board member and previously a senior executive, Dr. Stegner frequently used his industry and specialist knowledge to develop promising strategies and implement them, including the corresponding organizational development. He has also organized expansion and growth in an international environment and managed a wide range of transformation issues.

Dr. Stegner laid the foundations for his professional career with his vocational training as a banker, his studies in business administration and his subsequent work as a research assistant at a university with an accompanying doctorate. Dr. Stegner then moved into the insurance industry - both at Group level and at the level of individual national companies.

Before joining Senator Executive Search Partners, he was CEO of an international primary insurance company within a large corporate group.
