Dr Andreas H. Maulitz is a recruitment consultant at Senator Partners and sees himself as a strategic partner for entrepreneurs, business owners and experienced executives. Andreas H. Maulitz completed vocational training in the chemical industry, studied chemistry and obtained a PhD in the subject. In 2025, he broadened his knowledge and experience by studying for and successfully completing an „Executive MBA in Digital Transformation“ in Switzerland.
Dr Maulitz brings over two decades of international IT leadership experience from the private sector. In previous roles as Senior Programme Manager, Division Head and Director, he led global transformation programmes, was responsible for IT budgets running into the tens of millions, and managed multicultural teams across Europe, the Middle East and Asia, both in line management and within complex matrix structures. His practical experience in multinational corporations and dynamic growth markets now forms the basis for his expert consultancy – he understands the challenges at decision-maker level from his own hands-on experience.
