Senator Partners freut sich, Dr. Claus Pfelzer als Verstärkung des Beraterteams gewonnen zu haben.

Mit seiner Promotion in Angewandter Physik zum Einsatz von Gaslasern in der Infrarot-Spektroskopie und seiner wissenschaftlichen Tätigkeit bei einer Großforschungseinrichtung mit Fokus auf Festkörperlaser hat Dr. Pfelzer ein fundiertes Spezialwissen im Bereich der Lasertechnologie erworben. Im Anschluss war er 30 Jahre im Bereich der Informationstechnologie mit verschiedenen fachlichen Schwerpunktthemen wie Logistik und Finanzdienstleistungen tätig. Diese in Deutschland äußerst seltene Kombination hebt ihn signifikant im Beratermarkt ab.

Seine Berufserfahrung im Bereich Informationstechnologie umfasst sowohl Beratung als auch Linienverantwortung für IT-Projekte, den Betrieb von IT-Systemen und die Führung von IT-Organisationen. Besondere Expertise besitzt er in der Entwicklung präziser Anforderungsprofile für Führungs- und Spezialistenrollen. Durch gezielte Gespräche mit Entscheidungsträgern identifiziert er erfolgskritische Faktoren und unterstützt Unternehmen dabei, Schlüsselpositionen passgenau zu besetzen –  sowohl im Hinblick auf die fachliche Qualifikation als auch die jeweilige Unternehmenskultur.

Seine strukturierte Vorgehensweise hat sich bei der Besetzung anspruchsvoller Positionen für Marketing-, Internet- und eCommerce-Systeme sowie für Zahlungssysteme im Bereich kritischer Infrastrukturen (KRITIS) bewährt, für die auf Grund ihrer Kritikalität entsprechend hohe Anforderungen an die IT-Sicherheit bestehen.

Als Führungskraft im IT-Bereich war Dr. Pfelzer 16 Jahre lang für Abteilungsleiter, Teams und Projektgruppen verantwortlich. Seine umfangreiche Erfahrung in der gezielten Auswahl von Mitarbeitern bildet heute die Grundlage für die erfolgreiche Besetzung von Positionen in der digitalen Transformation und in Hightech-Bereichen wie der Lasertechnologie und ihren Anwendungen.

Durch seine wissenschaftliche Tätigkeit als Physiker und seine Karriere bei einem IT-Consulting-Unternehmen sowie einem großen, international agierenden Logistikunternehmen verfügt Herr Dr. Pfelzer über ein sehr gutes Netzwerk und einen Zugang zu hochqualifizierten Führungskräften und Spezialisten.

Mr. David Bart has been working as a consultant at Senator Executive Search Partners since 2023.

Before and during his studies in business administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Landshut, he was able to gain in-depth insights into various areas of a large automotive group.

At the end of his studies, Mr. David Bart therefore focused on the competence modules Marketing, Sales and Human Resources and worked in the internal sales department of the automotive group.

In his bachelor's thesis, he developed various creative ideas and strategies for content marketing via digital channels for a local and traditional sports club based on his own interests.

After completing his studies, Mr. Bart moved away from the group to a medium-sized forwarding company, where he worked neither in sales nor in marketing, but as a recruiter in the HR department.

Here, the healthy mix of knowledge in marketing, sales and personnel in combination with a very pleasant and friendly character is decisive for success in the recruitment process.
