Mr. David Bart has been working as a consultant at Senator Executive Search Partners since 2023.

Before and during his studies in business administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Landshut, he was able to gain in-depth insights into various areas of a large automotive group.

At the end of his studies, Mr. David Bart therefore focused on the competence modules Marketing, Sales and Human Resources and worked in the internal sales department of the automotive group.

In his bachelor's thesis, he developed various creative ideas and strategies for content marketing via digital channels for a local sports club with a long tradition.

After completing his studies, Mr. Bart moved away from the group to a medium-sized forwarding company, where he worked neither in sales nor in marketing, but as a recruiter in the HR department.

Here, the healthy mix of knowledge in marketing, sales and personnel in combination with a very pleasant and friendly character is decisive for success in the recruitment process.

With this know-how, Mr. Bart supports our team in the area of recruiting and tries to find the best possible solutions for our customers.

Johanna Betz has gained extensive practical experience in strategic HR management and organizational consulting through her work in leading consulting firms and international corporations. Her particular focus was on the development of HR strategies, talent development programmes and the digitalization of business processes in the financial sector. After completing her Bachelor's degree in Business Psychology, she continued her academic career with a Master's degree in Human Resources and Organizations at the London School of Economics, focusing on decision-making processes, leadership behavior and organizational dynmics.

 

In past working student positions, she has actively participated in the planning and implementation of HR strategies, including the support of talent management programs, the coordination of applicant management systems and the analysis and optimization of compensation models. She has also driven the development and implementation of digital HR processes to support companies in their digital transformation.

 

Another focus of her professional career is social media and online marketing, particularly in the financial sector. This experience is complemented by her work in a media group, where she was involved in the market launch of new products and the coordination of cross-functional projects in sales and marketing.

Heiko Brennfleck began his professional career in sales of renowned branded goods. He expanded his commercial knowledge through business customer acquisition and direct sales and gained many years of valuable experience in the training and development of young talents during his career, up to sales manager.

This was followed by a career as an independent personnel consultant in the field of recruiting and direct approach.
After several successful years in personnel consulting, Heiko Brennfleck, as Sales Manager at SENATOR, concentrates on acquiring new customers in the individual competence centers and advising our clients in their search for specialists and managers in the area of sales and marketing.
