Eva Becker has many years’ professional experience in the financial services sector and specialises in clients in the fields of asset management and wealth management. She draws on her strong advisory skills, extensive market and sector knowledge, and her expertise in investment strategy and portfolio management, relationship management, regulatory requirements and compliance.

After completing her degree in Economics in Regensburg, Eva Becker began her career in client relations at one of the leading providers of financial technology, financial market data and infrastructure. Over a period of more than 20 years, as a Key Account Manager in the investment banking and asset management sectors, she played a key role in shaping her clients’ paths. In this role, she gained valuable experience in developing and implementing innovative solutions that accelerated her clients’ business growth in the areas of portfolio management, investment banking and wealth management. She stands out for her unique ability to combine solution-oriented expertise with sector-specific know-how.

As a partner, Eva Becker specialises in high-profile assignments in the financial services sector, with a particular focus on asset and wealth management. She is driven by her passion for matching outstanding talent with organisations that value their skills and expertise.

After completing a banking apprenticeship and studying law in Munich and business management in St Gallen, Oliver Becker began his professional career as a solicitor specialising in M&A and private equity at a leading law and tax consultancy firm.

He then moved to the investment management division of a major international bank. He subsequently took over as managing director of a medium-sized investment company.

Oliver Becker has been working as a recruitment consultant since 2011. He mainly advises clients in the asset management sector and the family office sector.

As well as executive search, his passion lies in interim management, for which he is responsible within the Senator Partners network and acts as the point of contact for both partners and clients. Drawing on his extensive experience and legal expertise, he advises various associations and interest groups on interim management matters.

Senator Executive Search Partners is delighted to have recruited Dr Achim Stegner, a manager with many years’ international experience in the financial services industry – particularly in the insurance, banking and financial intermediation sectors – to its partner network.

Dr Stegner brings with him many years of (executive board) experience, a broad background in finance and operations, and a very positive track record in start-up and change management projects. Within the financial services industry, he has held various operational and strategic roles in the middle and back office, at the interface with IT, and at executive board level.

Drawing on his wide-ranging expertise, Dr Stegner supports companies in the fields of primary and reinsurance, the banking sector and other financial services in all aspects of HR consultancy. Thanks to his wealth of business experience and his broad functional background, he is a valued partner in the precise recruitment of experts and executives, not only in the areas of finance, risk, operations and at executive level.

With his in-depth knowledge and practical experience, Dr Stegner is also deeply involved in the fascinating field of sport, clubs and associations.

As a member of the Executive Board and, prior to that, in a senior management role, Dr Stegner frequently drew on his industry and specialist knowledge to develop promising strategies and implement them, including the associated organisational development. In an international context, too, he has organised both the establishment and growth of businesses and managed a wide range of transformation initiatives.

Dr Stegner laid the foundations for his professional career by completing an apprenticeship as a bank clerk, studying business administration and subsequently working as a research assistant at a university whilst working towards his doctorate. Dr Stegner then moved into the insurance industry – working at both group level and within individual national subsidiaries.

Before joining Senator Executive Search Partners, he was spokesperson for the board of directors of an international primary insurance company within a large corporate group.
