Norma Brenne Henning ist eine erfahrene Expertin im Bereich Einwanderungsrecht, Unternehmensberatung und internationale Investitionen. Sie unterstützt Unternehmen, Investoren, Familien und Unternehmer bei der Reiseplanung, der Erlangung von Aufenthalts- und Arbeitsgenehmigungen sowie bei der Ansiedlung in den USA. Ihre Mandanten vertritt sie in Verfahren vor der United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS), bei Visa-Anträgen an US-Konsulaten weltweit sowie in Angelegenheiten vor der Zoll- und Grenzschutzbehörde (CBP).

Als Civil Law Notary in Florida verfügt sie über fundierte Kenntnisse der rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen in kodifizierten Rechtssystemen und unterstützt ausländische Investoren, Familien und Einzelpersonen bei komplexen Immobilientransaktionen in den USA.

Im Bereich der Familienimmigration entwickelt sie maßgeschneiderte Lösungen, um nicht-US-amerikanischen Familienmitgliedern einen reibungslosen Aufenthalt oder eine dauerhafte Niederlassung in den USA zu ermöglichen – stets unter Berücksichtigung der geltenden Einwanderungsgesetze. Im Bereich der Geschäftseinwanderung berät sie Unternehmen und Investoren hinsichtlich der optimalen Visa- und Aufenthaltsstrategien, insbesondere bei Investorenvisa (E-Visa, EB-5 Green Card), firmeninternen Transfers (L-Visa, EB-1 Green Card) sowie Visa für hochqualifizierte Fachkräfte und Personen mit außergewöhnlichen Fähigkeiten (O-Visa, EB-1 Green Card). Darüber hinaus begleitet sie ihre Mandanten bei Einbürgerungs- und Staatsbürgerschaftsanträgen.

Frau Henning studierte Rechtswissenschaften (Juris Doctor) an der University of Florida College of Law und absolvierte einen Bachelor of Arts in Journalismus an der Troy University in Alabama. Sie wurde 1996 in die Florida Bar aufgenommen, 2002 als Civil Law Notary in Florida zugelassen und 2022 in die Minnesota Bar aufgenommen. Sie ist Mitglied der American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), der Florida und Minnesota Bar Associations sowie der Collier County Bar Association in Florida.

2003 ernannte das Auswärtige Amt der Bundesrepublik Deutschland sie zur Honorarkonsulin für West-Florida, eine Position, die sie 18 Jahre lang innehatte. In dieser Funktion unterstützte sie das Deutsche Generalkonsulat in Miami bei diplomatischen und administrativen Angelegenheiten.

Neben ihrer Tätigkeit im Einwanderungsrecht engagiert sich Frau Henning in der deutsch-amerikanischen Wirtschaftsförderung. Sie ist Vorstandsmitglied und Vizepräsidentin des Minnesota Chapters der Deutsch-Amerikanischen Handelskammer des Mittleren Westens (GACC-Midwest) sowie Mitglied des Leadership Committees der Deutsch-Amerikanischen Handelskammer des Südens (GACC-South) und der Französisch-Amerikanischen Handelskammer in Minnesota.

Matthias Barhainski is a partner in our competence centres Automotive & E-Mobility, Construction / Technical Building Equipment (TGA) / Facility Management (FM) and Mechanical Engineering.
He is also our specialist for aptitude diagnostics and onboarding. He has also been involved in management audits and organisational development projects.

After studying business administration at the University of Passau, Matthias Barhainski started working for a small personnel consultancy in Munich, which was active across all sectors and positions. There he learned the trade of a personnel consultant from scratch.
By first recruiting suitable candidates as a researcher/recruiter and later building up research teams and leading them as Head of Research. This enabled him to acquire a broad knowledge of many industries and positions and to always know where to find the right people for a vacancy.
In parallel, he began to build up a client network and acquire his own mandates, which shifted his focus even more towards the needs of his clients.

He gained this experience at a recruitment consultancy group operating throughout Germany with a focus on technical professions (engineering positions) and is a man of the first hour at SENATOR.

With his broad experience in filling technical and commercial positions, Matthias Barhainski supports his clients in their personnel selection and recruitment. He guides candidates competently, empathically and confidentially on their way to new challenges and careers.

After completing a banking apprenticeship and studying law in Munich and corporate management in St. Gallen, Oliver Becker began his professional career as a lawyer in the field of M&A and private equity at a market-leading law and tax consultancy firm.

He then moved to the investment management department of a major international bank. He then took over the management of a medium-sized investment company.

Oliver Becker has been working as a personnel consultant since 2011. He mainly advises clients with a focus on asset management and the family office segment.

In addition to executive search, his passion is interim management, which he develops in a network of Senator Partners and serves as a point of contact for partners and customers alike. Andreas Berger works as a partner primarily in the competence centres Consumer Goods, Retail and Services as well as Digital and Online Business.

On a functional level, his clients appreciate him as a generalist who delivers convincing results across all functions and levels. As a marketing professional of many years' standing, he naturally feels particularly comfortable in the marketing and sales environment, but also appreciates all other functional areas. In addition to classic headhunting, Andreas Berger is interested in aptitude diagnostics and has participated in management audits in the retail sector for Senator.

Andreas Berger studied business administration with a focus on trade and industry at the renowned Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. After successfully graduating with a degree in business administration, he started his professional life in the international sporting goods industry.

The change to the clothing and branded goods industry was followed by intensive years in marketing and product management, which were characterised by successful product launches, high-turnover point of sales campaigns and award-winning advertising campaigns. Responsibility for the marketing of a fashion chain brought with it not only sound retail know-how but also experience in construction and shopfitting. With his own online shop, he was able to actively experience the beginnings of e-commerce.

After the turn of the millennium, Andreas Berger decided to bring his interest in people and his entrepreneurial spirit to bear as a management consultant. After a successful decade in two renowned executive search consultancies, he found the ideal basis for his consulting work at SENATOR in 2015.

Today, Andreas Berger mainly advises medium-sized clients from the branded goods and lifestyle-driven manufacturer and retail environment as well as industry-related service providers up to construction planning. In addition, he supports companies that are adapting their business models and corporate culture to the requirements of the digital and networked world.

With many years of experience, competence, empathy and perseverance, he accompanies clients and candidates on the often challenging path of reconciling their requirements, needs and wishes. As a result, trusting relationships have developed over the years, through which candidates have sometimes become clients and former clients have become candidates.
