Senator Executive Search Partners is delighted to welcome Claus Hahne as a new partner to the network. Mr. Hahne brings with him many years of international experience in the industrial and media sectors and will be particularly active in the media (TV, print & digital), construction/technical building equipment (TGA)/facility management (FM) and semiconductor industry competence centers.
With his comprehensive expertise, Claus Hahne supports companies in all aspects of HR consulting. His wealth of entrepreneurial experience and broad functional background make him a valued partner in the precise recruitment of experts and executives, particularly in the areas of procurement and supply chain management, as well as at the management level.
After studying business administration with a focus on human resources management and information technology, Mr. Hahne began his career at a medium-sized company in the steel industry. There, he gained valuable experience in sales and purchasing. In the course of his professional career, he held various positions and management roles in purchasing and supply chain management at Siemens AG. At Siemens, Mr. Hahne was instrumental in developing and implementing strategies to optimize procurement processes and was able to achieve significant cost savings through his innovative approaches. He also successfully carried out various projects to increase efficiency in the supply chain, which led to a sustainable improvement in operational processes. His ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions contributed significantly to increasing the efficiency and productivity of the company. In addition, he was responsible for implementing global purchasing strategies that helped strengthen Siemens' competitiveness in international markets.
Before joining Senator Executive Search Partners, Mr. Hahne worked at ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE. In his role, he was responsible for the corporate real estate division and the company's global purchasing function. Under his leadership, numerous projects were implemented to optimize processes and increase efficiency in the areas of procurement and facility management. His expertise enabled the company to realign its purchasing strategies, thereby achieving significant competitive advantages. Mr. Hahne also established sustainable practices and guidelines that contributed to the long-term stability and profitability of the company. His leadership not only improved internal processes, but also strengthened relationships with suppliers and service providers, leading to an overall improvement in the company's performance.
Since February 2024, Claus Hahne has been living in Toronto, Canada, where he uses his international experience to support companies in their search for qualified specialists and executives from Germany and Europe. As a partner, he is also driving forward the strategic expansion of Senator Executive Search Partners in North America. With his comprehensive expertise, intercultural skills, and a robust network on both sides of the Atlantic, he is responsible for establishing and developing the Canadian office. The aim is to facilitate transatlantic recruitment, strengthen international customer relationships, and expand Senator Partners presence Senator Partners the North American market in the long term.
