Herr Jochen Mühlbauer schöpft aus über 10 Jahren an Erfahrung als Personalberater und Headhunter für die Industrie. Dieses Wissen setzt er heute ausschließlich aktiv zur Unterstützung der Menschen ein, die sich wegen Problemen bei der Jobsuche an ihn wenden. Für Unternehmen übernimmt er die Outplacementberatung ehemaliger Mitarbeitenden.
Durch das Angebot des Newplacements kann die Beratung auch privat finanziert werden.

Herr Mühlbauer kennt alle Strategien zur bestmöglichen Platzierung von Kandidaten/-innen bei Unternehmen. Senator Executive Search Partners is very pleased that Dr. Carsten Menzel, with his extensive experience in the automotive, mechanical engineering and medical technology sectors, has joined the partner network as a consultant.

With his outstanding expertise in the metal industry, Dr. Menzel supports companies in the fields of stamping and forming technology, CNC machining, welding assemblies and surface treatment in all aspects of HR consulting. Disposal, recycling management, in particular innovative technologies for a hydrogen-based energy supply with the use of waste as raw materials, are his main focus.

He supports companies in filling executive positions in the areas of sales, development and quality as well as at management level. The prerequisite for this is the development of a well-founded job profile, which also takes into account the influences of the respective corporate culture.

He is also dedicated to the growing market for ecological building construction, residential extensions, infrastructure and road construction in wood. With his in-depth knowledge, Dr. Menzel is probably Germany's only expert for executive search in this sustainable industry.

As Managing Director, he used his market and sales knowledge to develop successful corporate and sales strategies and implement them with the right employees in the right positions. His focus was often on building and developing successful sales teams for whom customer orientation is paramount. In addition to his appreciative leadership of employees and their appropriate deployment in the company, his focus was on the implementation and optimization of processes and their KPI-supported control to achieve the company's goals.

Dr. Menzel laid the foundations for his professional career by studying physics in Freiburg, followed by a doctorate in Essen with a degree in Münster and a minor in medical physics. Dr. Menzel then moved into sales in the automotive industry. With positions at well-known tier-one suppliers as key account manager, project manager, development manager and sales manager, he developed into a manager with responsibility for personnel and budgets. Before joining Senator Executive Search, he was Managing Director for companies with up to 500 employees.

    Lars Osmers is a partner and, thanks to his many years of experience, regularly fills key positions, particularly in medium-sized manufacturing companies, often in family businesses. For his clients, he successfully searches for management personalities as well as qualified specialists, also for difficult technical positions.

    He has always been interested in both economic and technical topics and therefore studied industrial engineering at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern. He spent his first professional years at the headquarters of a DAX 30 company and as deputy managing director of a manufacturing subsidiary.

    In the following years, he was responsible for projects and restructuring as an interim manager and member of the management of mostly family-run technical companies.

    He finally switched to personnel consulting 10 years ago. During this time, he worked as a partner for a renowned Düsseldorf consultancy, which is one of the top 10 German firms, and has been a partner at SENATOR, which is one of the top 20 German personnel consultancies, for eight years.
