Oliver Becker is responsible for interim management at SENATOR.

After successfully completing a banking apprenticeship and studying law in Munich and corporate management in St. Gallen, Oliver Becker began his professional career as a lawyer in the M&A and private equity sector at a specialised law firm. He then moved to the investment management division of a major international bank, where he was ultimately responsible for its portfolio. Most recently, he was managing director of various private equity companies.

Before joining Senator Executive Search Partners as Partner and Head of Interim Management, he was a partner in an international executive search firm, where he was also responsible for interim management.

Due to his many years of professional as well as comprehensive legal expertise in this topic, he serves as a professional contact for our advisors and clients and is responsible for the successful filling of corresponding interim vacancies.

As part of his training as an officer, Ralf Prechtl successfully completed both his studies to become an electrical engineer and, subsequently, an industrial engineer.

After his active time as an officer, Mr Prechtl began his professional career in the Defence & Aerospace industry. After three years in Paris, he returned to the parent company to work in various functions. Most recently, he worked in the management of a subsidiary, with a focus on strategy, marketing and sales.

From there, his path led him to another MDax company to advance the restructuring of the division as business unit manager. In this role, he was responsible for the business success of several companies on different continents.

After the successful restructuring, Mr Prechtl moved to HR Consult Group AG as a board member. There he was already a member of the supervisory board and was very familiar with the processes, the framework conditions and the people involved. Mr Prechtl has retained another supervisory board position in a technology company. This company works in the field of tracking systems in logistics.

His industry focus is, of course, in the world of Defence & Aerospace, the entire field of the security industry as well as the interesting environment in the public sector.

The challenges in the public service are of particular interest to Mr Prechtl. A functioning administration and an efficient public service need motivated and capable employees. Finding them - in competition with industrial employers - is both exciting and interesting.

At the same time, his focus is on building networks and cooperation models as well as the constant further development of systems and processes in HR consulting. Due to his extensive experience in the field of restructuring, Mr Prechtl is particularly concerned with helping companies in difficult situations. The use of certified aptitude diagnostic procedures in individual personnel selection and development represents an important building block here. This building block is used both in management audits and in the improvement of structures.

At SENATOR, Mr. Rauscher accompanies companies from the chemical, mechanical engineering and construction / TGA / FM sectors in filling positions with the right personalities. In addition to appointing managing directors and executives, he also fills positions for specialists and experts.

Mr. Rauscher studied business administration (marketing & controlling) at the universities of Jena, Barcelona, Eichstätt-Ingolstadt.

Before working as an HR consultant, Mr Rauscher first worked for a food manufacturer. Afterwards, Mr. Rauscher took over leading functions in strategic controlling at a hidden champion in the chemical industry.

As the investment manager of a private equity investor, Mr. Rauscher played a major role in shaping the development of numerous companies over a period of 10 years. In this function, but also as an advisory board or supervisory board member of companies, his focus was always on the appropriate appointment of executives and top management.

Due to his many years of experience, Mr. Rauscher has a great deal of expertise and an extensive network for staffing in the areas of Sales & Marketing, Controlling & Management.

Matthias Stöltzner has extensive knowledge of the financial services, real estate and consumer goods industries. At various management levels, he was responsible for product management, sales and marketing. As a long-standing manager, Matthias Stöltzner was responsible for the results of several departments and reported directly to the Executive Board. He built up new functional areas and successfully filled important key positions.

His area of expertise is challenging and complex appointments at management and specialist level. Matthias Stöltzner has overarching functional expertise in all major corporate areas. His clients value him as a generalist and reliable as well as solution-oriented partner. They benefit from his practical knowledge of different corporate cultures and structures. A professional level of trust on the client and candidate side is particularly important to him. This is the basis for maximum accuracy of fit.

His clients throughout the German-speaking world include, for example, major reinsurers and primary insurers, banks, fund platforms and well-known brand manufacturers.

His work is based on a degree in economics with a focus on human resource management, marketing, business management and comprehensive qualifications in the areas of leadership and communication. Matthias Stöltzner is a trained systemic business coach. As a freelance lecturer, he has already held several teaching positions.
