Oliver Becker is responsible for interim management at SENATOR.

After successfully completing a banking apprenticeship and studying law in Munich and corporate management in St. Gallen, Oliver Becker began his professional career as a lawyer in the M&A and private equity sector at a specialised law firm. He then moved to the investment management division of a major international bank, where he was ultimately responsible for its portfolio. Most recently, he was managing director of various private equity companies.

Before joining Senator Executive Search Partners as Partner and Head of Interim Management, he was a partner in an international executive search firm, where he was also responsible for interim management.

Due to his many years of professional as well as comprehensive legal expertise in this topic, he serves as a professional contact for our advisors and clients and is responsible for the successful filling of corresponding interim vacancies.

As part of his training as an officer, Ralf Prechtl successfully completed both his studies to become an electrical engineer and, subsequently, an industrial engineer.

After his active time as an officer, Mr Prechtl began his professional career in the Defence & Aerospace industry. After three years in Paris, he returned to the parent company to work in various functions. Most recently, he worked in the management of a subsidiary, with a focus on strategy, marketing and sales.

From there, his path led him to another MDax company to advance the restructuring of the division as business unit manager. In this role, he was responsible for the business success of several companies on different continents.

After the successful restructuring, Mr Prechtl moved to HR Consult Group AG as a board member. There he was already a member of the supervisory board and was very familiar with the processes, the framework conditions and the people involved. Mr Prechtl has retained another supervisory board position in a technology company. This company works in the field of tracking systems in logistics.

His industry focus is, of course, in the world of Defence & Aerospace, the entire field of the security industry as well as the interesting environment in the public sector.

The challenges in the public service are of particular interest to Mr Prechtl. A functioning administration and an efficient public service need motivated and capable employees. Finding them - in competition with industrial employers - is both exciting and interesting.

At the same time, his focus is on building networks and cooperation models as well as the constant further development of systems and processes in HR consulting. Due to his extensive experience in the field of restructuring, Mr Prechtl is particularly concerned with helping companies in difficult situations. The use of certified aptitude diagnostic procedures in individual personnel selection and development represents an important building block here. This building block is used both in management audits and in the improvement of structures.

Senator Executive Search Partners freut sich sehr, mit Herrn Dr. Achim Stegner einen langjährig und international erfahrenen Manager aus der Finanzdienstleistungsindustrie insb. für die Branchen Ver­si­che­rungen, Banken und Finanzintermediäre für das Partnernetzwerk gewonnen zu haben.

Herr Dr. Stegner bringt langjährige (Vorstands-)Erfahrung, einen breiten Finance- und Operations­back­ground sowie einen sehr positiven Track record in Aufbau- und Veränderungsthemen mit. In der Finanz­dienst­leistungsindustrie verantwortete er diverse operative und strate­gische Funktionen im Middle und Backoffice, an der Schnittstelle zur IT sowie auf der Vorstandsebene.

Mit seiner breiten Expertise unterstützt Herr Dr. Stegner Unternehmen aus dem Umfeld der Erst- und Rück­ver­sicherung, aus der Kreditwirtschaft sowie aus den weiteren Financial Services in allen Belangen der Personalberatung. Aufgrund seines unternehmerischen Er­fah­rungs­schatzes und seines brei­ten funktionalen Backgrounds ist er dabei geschätzter Partner bei der passgenauen Besetzung von Experten- und Führungsposi­ti­onen nicht nur in den Bereichen Finance, Risk, Operations sowie der Geschäfts­führungs­ebene.

Mit seinen fundierten Kenntnissen und seiner praktischen Erfahrung widmet sich Herr Dr. Stegner darüber hinaus intensiv dem spannenden Feld Sport, Vereine und Verbände.

Als Vorstand und vorher leitender Mitarbeiter nutzte Herr Dr. Stegner seine Branchen- und Fach­kennt­nisse häufig zur Entwicklung erfolgversprechender Strategien und deren Umsetzung inkl. der ent­sprechen­den Or­ga­ni­sa­ti­ons­ent­wicklung. Auch in internationalem Umfeld hat er dabei sowohl Auf­bau und Wachstum orga­ni­siert als auch vielfältige Transformationsthemen gemanagt.

Die Grundlagen für seinen beruflichen Werdegang legte Herr Dr. Stegner mit einer Berufsausbildung zum Bank­kaufmann, seinem Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre und der anschließenden Tätigkeit als wissenschaftlicher Hochschulassistent mit begleitender Pro­mo­tion. Im Anschluss daran zog es Herrn Dr. Stegner in die Versicherungswirtschaft – hier sowohl auf die Konzernebene wie auf die Ebene einzelner Landesgesellschaften.

Vor seinem Einstieg bei Senator Executive Search Partners war er Vorstandssprecher eines inter­national agie­ren­den Erstversicherungsunternehmens innerhalb eines großen Konzernverbunds.

Matthias Stöltzner has extensive knowledge of the financial services, real estate and consumer goods industries. At various management levels, he was responsible for product management, sales and marketing. As a long-standing manager, Matthias Stöltzner was responsible for the results of several departments and reported directly to the Executive Board. He built up new functional areas and successfully filled important key positions.

His area of expertise is challenging and complex appointments at management and specialist level. Matthias Stöltzner has overarching functional expertise in all major corporate areas. His clients value him as a generalist and reliable as well as solution-oriented partner. They benefit from his practical knowledge of different corporate cultures and structures. A professional level of trust on the client and candidate side is particularly important to him. This is the basis for maximum accuracy of fit.
