After completing a banking apprenticeship and studying law in Munich and business administration in St. Gallen, Oliver Becker began his professional career as a lawyer in the field of M&A and private equity at a leading law and tax consulting firm.

He then moved to the investment management division of a major international bank. Subsequently, he took over the management of a medium-sized investment company.

Oliver Becker has been working as a personnel consultant since 2011. He primarily supports clients with a focus on asset management and the family office segment.

In addition to executive search, he is passionate about interim management, for which he Senator Partners within the Senator Partners network and serves as a contact person for partners and clients alike. Thanks to his extensive experience and legal expertise, he advises various associations and interest groups on interim management.

André Butzlaff is an independent partner at Senator Executive Search Partners and, in this role, specializes in the energy industry and renewable energies, the automotive trade, and construction and real estate. He studied business administration and, as a personnel consultant and headhunter, has been successfully supporting numerous companies in personnel recruitment, personnel selection, and employee acquisition for 29 years.

Dr. Stegner brings with him many years of (executive board) experience, a broad background in finance and operations, and a very positive track record in development and change management. In the financial services industry, he has held various operational and strategic positions in middle and back office, at the interface with IT, and at executive board level.

With his broad expertise, Dr. Stegner supports companies in the fields of primary insurance and reinsurance, the banking industry, and other financial services in all aspects of personnel consulting. Thanks to his wealth of entrepreneurial experience and broad functional background, he is a valued partner in finding the right candidates for expert and management positions, not only in the areas of finance, risk, operations, and at the executive level.

With his in-depth knowledge and practical experience, Dr. Stegner is also intensively involved in the exciting field of sports, clubs, and associations.

As a board member and previously as a senior executive, Dr. Stegner frequently used his industry and technical expertise to develop promising strategies and implement them, including the corresponding organizational development. In an international environment, he has also organized both expansion and growth and managed a wide range of transformation issues.

Dr. Stegner laid the foundations for his professional career with vocational training as a bank clerk, his studies in business administration, and his subsequent work as a research assistant at a university, accompanied by his doctorate. Dr. Stegner then moved into the insurance industry, working at both the corporate level and the level of individual national companies.

Before joining Senator Executive Search Partners, he was the spokesperson for the board of directors of an international primary insurance company within a large corporate group.
