With his doctorate in applied physics on the use of gas lasers in infrared spectroscopy and his scientific work at a large research institution focusing on solid-state lasers, Dr. Pfelzer has acquired in-depth specialist knowledge in the field of laser technology. He then spent 30 years working in the field of information technology, focusing on various specialist areas such as logistics and financial services. This combination of skills, which is extremely rare in Germany, sets him apart in the consulting market.

His professional experience in the field of information technology includes consulting and line management for IT projects, the operation of IT systems, and the management of IT organizations. He has particular expertise in developing precise requirement profiles for management and specialist roles.
