Dr. Armin Betz founded HR Consult Group AG in 1994 and has been its CEO since 1996. His focus is on building networks and cooperation models, which is demonstrated on a daily basis with the PERSONAL TOTAL and SENATOR brands. He supports the continuous further development of systems and processes in HR consulting. Many of HR Consult Group AG's new developments are now standard in the HR consulting industry. The accumulated knowledge of the Group over the past decades is summarized in training courses and seminars and enables a comprehensive and well-founded training as a personnel consultant, which is certainly unique in Germany. With more than 250 successfully trained personnel consultants, this is a USP in the German personnel consulting industry.

He has been working in personnel consulting for more than 25 years and is therefore one of the most experienced personnel consultants in Germany. His consulting focus is on the automotive and mechanical engineering sectors, in particular e-mobility and renewable energies. The areas of human resources and aptitude diagnostics round off his consultancy profile.

For several years, he has been a guest lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences in Landshut on the subject of aptitude diagnostics and its current developments. He is also a lecturer at the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in Munich on topics such as the latest HR trends, state-of-the-art recruiting methods and potential analyses.

His doctorate in the field of aptitude diagnostics ideally rounds off his areas of expertise, particularly with regard to personnel and management consulting. The dissertation deals with the identification and verification of typical personality traits of engineers as well as the definition of development areas for a successful professional career. These are scientifically derived and presented in the book "Eignungsdiagnostik im Praxiseinsatz".

Before becoming self-employed, Dr. Betz worked for a German premium car manufacturer in product marketing and marketing strategy.

After studying automotive engineering and industrial engineering, he started his career in the automotive industry in the areas of sales, development and marketing and also spent a year in Japan with one of the largest automotive suppliers.

As part of his training as an officer, Ralf Prechtl successfully completed his degree in electrical engineering and then went on to study industrial engineering.

After active service as an officer, Mr. Prechtl began his professional career in the Defence & Aerospace industry. After three years in Paris, he returned to the parent company, where he held various positions. Most recently, he worked in the management of a subsidiary, where he was responsible for strategy, marketing and sales.

From there, his path led him to another MDax company, where he was responsible for the restructuring of the division. As part of this role, he was responsible for the business success of several companies on various continents.

Following the successful restructuring, Mr. Prechtl moved to HR Consult Group AG as a member of the Management Board. He had previously been a member of the Supervisory Board there and was very familiar with the processes, the general conditions and the people involved. Mr. Prechtl has retained a further Supervisory Board position at a technology company. This company works in the field of tracking systems in logistics.

His industry focus is naturally on the world of defense & aerospace, the entire security industry and the interesting environment in the public sector.

The challenges in the public sector are of particular interest to Mr. Prechtl. A functioning administration and an efficient public service require motivated and capable employees. Finding them - in competition with industrial employers - is both exciting and interesting.

At the same time, his focus is on building networks and cooperation models as well as the continuous further development of systems and processes in personnel consulting. Due to his extensive experience in the field of restructuring, Mr. Prechtl is particularly interested in helping companies in difficult situations. The use of certified aptitude diagnostic procedures in individual personnel selection and development is an important building block here. This module is used both in management audits and in the improvement of structures.
