After successfully completing a degree in business administration, Michael Trzaska gained extensive experience in the IT/telecommunications and security industry (TGA). There he gained extensive knowledge and achieved success in various functions in sales, sales management and as a branch manager. 

As an experienced manager, he led teams with sales responsibility in the double-digit million range with comprehensive responsibility. This involved managing sales / service / project management and commercial organisations. In the commercial area, he was successfully responsible for commercial processing (customer care) in a DAX company.

Michael Trzaska has a distinct understanding of the interrelationships of the project business from order acquisition to realisation. He is a proven specialist in B2B business relations.

With successful projects in hospitals and social institutions, he has acquired comprehensive knowledge within the health and social sector.

Ms. Uzuner deepened her enthusiasm for new, fast-growing and innovative developments in the media sector by studying media management. The fascination of consciously controlling the flow of information and the power of targeted communication has not only had an impact over several generations, but is still growing into a consumer-driven market with many multi-faceted potentials.

Duygu Uzuner's affinity for gaming deliberately led him into the "game niche", which has now become a market in its own right. The steady growth of the industry is reflected in the development of arcade studios into metaverse technologies. This growth can only be driven forward if the high demand for qualified employees can be met.

Ms. Uzuner gladly accepts the challenge of working effectively and successfully in a goal-oriented manner. Based on several years of experience as a career coach and over ten years of management experience in the retail and services sector, with a focus on HR management, this is a logical step. In addition to the retail sector, her goal is to strengthen the gaming industry in particular and to successfully support companies in recruiting employees.

Thanks to his outstanding achievements in scaling technology companies, he has taken on management positions over the last 12 years in which he has significantly driven the growth of national and international companies. His professional career includes positions in large corporations and start-ups as well as in medium-sized companies, often backed by family offices or private equity organizations.

With more than 25 years of professional experience at an international level and extensive knowledge in various industries, he is a valued partner when it comes to filling management positions in large and medium-sized companies.

Mr Wühst is a partner in our Competence Centre Automotive Trade and our specialist for sustainable business successions.

He learned the business of car sales from the bottom up, so to speak. He quickly developed his career from car salesman, commercial vehicle salesman, bulk buyer, sales manager and service manager to managing director.

He has successfully managed car dealerships and car dealership groups with up to 4,000 units per year for more than 27 years and knows the challenges of German dealerships and importers.

He uses his successful degree in psychology for careful candidate selection, aptitude testing and accompaniment into the new company. "Nevertheless, I have always worked successfully with personnel consultants during my operational management, because it is about finding not only good, but the right employees quickly. So I know both sides of the business."

In addition, Mr Wühst worked for many years as an honorary lecturer in business administration at the Federal College for Business Administration in the Motor Trade (BFC) in Northeim.

Herr Hahne bringt eine langjährige internationale Erfahrung aus der Industrie- und Medienbranche mit und wird insbesondere in den Kompetenz-Centern Medien (TV, Print & Digital), Bau/technische Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA)/Facility Management (FM) sowie in der Halbleiterindustrie tätig sein.

With his comprehensive expertise, Mr. Claus Hahne supports companies in all aspects of personnel consulting. His wealth of entrepreneurial experience and broad functional background make him a valued partner in the precise filling of expert and management positions, particularly in the areas of procurement & supply chain management and at management level.

Nach seinem Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit den Schwerpunkten Personalwirtschaft und Informationstechnologie begann Herr Hahne seine Karriere in einem mittelständischen Unternehmen der Stahlindustrie. Dort sammelte er wertvolle Erfahrungen im Vertrieb und Einkauf. Im weiteren Verlauf seiner beruflichen Laufbahn übernahm er verschiedene Positionen und Führungsaufgaben im Einkauf und Supply Chain Management bei der Siemens AG. Bei Siemens war Herr Hahne maßgeblich an der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Strategien zur Optimierung der Beschaffungsprozesse beteiligt und konnte durch seine innovativen Ansätze signifikante Kosteneinsparungen erzielen. Zudem führte er erfolgreich diverse Projekte zur Effizienzsteigerung in der Lieferkette durch, was zu einer nachhaltigen Verbesserung der operativen Abläufe führte. Seine Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme zu analysieren und effektive Lösungen zu entwickeln, trug wesentlich zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Produktivität des Unternehmens bei. Darüber hinaus war er verantwortlich für die Implementierung globaler Einkaufsstrategien, die dazu beitrugen, die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit von Siemens auf internationalen Märkten zu stärken.

Before joining Senator Executive Search Partners, Mr. Hahne worked for ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE. In his role, he was responsible for the Corporate Real Estate division and the company's global procurement function. Under his leadership, numerous projects were implemented to optimize processes and increase efficiency in the areas of procurement and facility management. His expertise made it possible to realign the company's purchasing strategies and thereby achieve significant competitive advantages. Mr. Hahne also established sustainable practices and guidelines that contributed to the long-term stability and profitability of the company. His leadership not only improved internal processes, but also strengthened relationships with suppliers and service providers, leading to an overall improvement in the company's performance.

Seit Februar 2024 lebt Claus Hahne in Toronto, Kanada, wo er seine internationale Erfahrung gezielt einsetzt, um Unternehmen bei der Suche nach qualifizierten Fach- und Führungskräften aus Deutschland und Europa zu unterstützen. Darüber hinaus treibt er als Partner den strategischen Ausbau von Senator Executive Search Partners in Nordamerika voran.
