Costs
The search and selection of an interim manager is only to be remunerated if our client contractually decides on a candidate. If a mandate is not awarded, no costs are incurred.
The assignment of our interim managers is based exclusively on the time spent on their work and corresponds to a commission based on hours or days worked. In contrast to other providers, this commission is not based on a percentage of the interim manager's hourly or daily rate. This ensures that the client always receives the best possible conditions and that there is no conflict of interest.
