HISTORY
The SENATOR network traces its origins back to 1994, when the founders and managing partners entered the recruitment consultancy sector. Since then, we have accumulated far more than just the 30 years of experience since the firm was founded, as the partner network has grown and continues to expand with the addition of experienced colleagues. A key factor in this has been the shift from the recruitment consultant of the 1990s to the problem-solver of today, who makes the client’s objectives their own in every single project. As a result, we can look back on several thousand successful placements and have tools and processes that are second to none!
