Ms Glass is a qualified office administration assistant and a long-serving member of staff at SENATOR. She supports us both as an executive assistant on all financial matters and as a consultant in the field of aptitude assessment.
During her time with us, Ms Glass has overseen and successfully implemented several strategic projects, such as the introduction of a new aptitude assessment and multi-profile matching.
Her personal motivation is to help candidates, through professional aptitude assessments, make the best possible use of their transferable skills in their professional lives.
