Bartholomäus Ch. Lainer began his professional career as a lecturer in the training and further education institute of the Lucerne Commercial Association. His next station in Switzerland was the project manager function in central management and personnel development in a retail group with production and service companies.
He has been self-employed since 1995 and is constantly involved in change projects at the BMW Group as a change management consultant and trainer.
In 2009, he founded a management consultancy with a focus on management development and change management, advising and implementing in the medium-sized automotive environment as well as in smaller and medium-sized companies.
For some years now, he has been linking his practical experience with current scientific results through teaching in the master's programme in industrial engineering at Landshut University of Applied Sciences.
At SENATOR, he supports the area of change management and is the expert contact for planned and ongoing change projects in the fields of corporate strategy, structure and culture.
He draws on long experience from many projects starting as an organisational development consultant and works with modern change management tools.

Special competence: Leadership through appreciation
Andreas Otterbach is an expert in excellence in human resources and corporate management. His focus is on human resources and organisational development, especially the development of an appreciative leadership culture. He also supports specialists and managers in individual coaching sessions.
As a professor of business administration and corporate management at the Stuttgart Media University, Andreas Otterbach's research focuses on the success factors of hidden champions, especially in human resources management. Many insights can be derived from this that also benefit small and medium-sized enterprises. His book "Führend durch Wertschätzung" (2017) provides a good insight into this topic.
Andreas Otterbach is a business trainer and systemic coach, both certified by the German Association for Coaching and Training (DVCT). These skills enable him to work in a very personal and targeted way with the clients he supports.
Further stages of his education include a degree in business administration and a doctorate at the University of Bamberg. He also holds a degree in banking management.
