After completing her studies in economics in Regensburg, Eva Becker began her professional career in customer service at one of the leading providers of financial technology, financial market data, and infrastructure. Over a period of more than 20 years, she played a key role in shaping her clients' paths as a key account manager in the investment banking and asset management sector. In this role, she gained valuable experience in developing and implementing innovative solutions that accelerated her clients' business growth in the areas of portfolio management, investment banking, and wealth. She stands out for her unique ability to combine solution expertise with industry-specific know-how.

After completing a banking apprenticeship and studying law in Munich and business administration in St. Gallen, Oliver Becker began his professional career as a lawyer in the field of M&A and private equity at a leading law and tax consulting firm.

He then moved to the investment management division of a major international bank. Subsequently, he took over the management of a medium-sized investment company.

Oliver Becker has been working as a personnel consultant since 2011. He primarily supports clients with a focus on asset management and the family office segment.

In addition to executive search, he is passionate about interim management, for which he Senator Partners within the Senator Partners network and serves as a contact person for partners and clients alike. Thanks to his extensive experience and legal expertise, he advises various associations and interest groups on interim management.

Robert T. Heinemann began his career in public service, working for more than 10 years in a district government before moving to Bielefeld University as head of the law faculty. During this time, he also taught part-time, particularly in legal subjects. His next career move took him into banking, where he worked for 15 years in both the public and private banking sectors. During these years, Robert T. Heinemann gained significant international experience in Europe, Asia, and America. In the early 2000s, he was SEVP & CEO of a German bank's branch in London.

 

He has been working in the field of human resources/people & culture for more than three decades. Fifteen years ago, he founded his own consulting firm based in Munich. Robert T. Heinemann's consulting focus is on HR strategy consulting for medium-sized companies, most of which also operate internationally. Previous mandates have taken him to many European countries, Asia, Africa, and America. Since 2023, he has been using a Culture of Innovation Surveyto measure the innovative capacity and strength of companies. With this approach, he helps his clients to focus much more on innovation in order to become more attractive as employers and to demonstrably retain more talent and attract new talent to the company.

 

To this day, Robert T. Heinemann continues to take on interim mandates as CHRO/Global Head of HR in order to remain closely involved in the practical side of the business. Since 2018, he has been a member of the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) with his consulting boutique, where he also serves as Chair of the HR Working Group. In 2021 and 2022, he worked for the global association as interim COO in Paris.

With his doctorate in applied physics on the use of gas lasers in infrared spectroscopy and his scientific work at a large research institution focusing on solid-state lasers, Dr. Pfelzer has acquired in-depth specialist knowledge in the field of laser technology. He then spent 30 years working in the field of information technology, focusing on various specialist areas such as logistics and financial services. This combination of skills, which is extremely rare in Germany, sets him apart in the consulting market.

His professional experience in the field of information technology includes consulting and line management for IT projects, the operation of IT systems, and the management of IT organizations. He has particular expertise in developing precise requirement profiles for management and specialist roles. Through targeted discussions with decision-makers, he identifies factors critical to success and supports companies in filling key positions with the right people – both in terms of professional qualifications and the respective corporate culture.

His structured approach has proven itself in filling demanding positions for marketing, Internet, and e-commerce systems, as well as for payment systems in the area of critical infrastructure (KRITIS), which, due to their critical nature, have correspondingly high IT security requirements.

As an executive in the IT sector, Dr. Pfelzer was responsible for department heads, teams, and project groups for 16 years. His extensive experience in the targeted selection of employees now forms the basis for the successful filling of positions in digital transformation and high-tech areas such as laser technology and its applications.

Thanks to his scientific work as a physicist and his career at an IT consulting firm and a large, internationally active logistics company, Dr. Pfelzer has an excellent network and access to highly qualified executives and specialists.

Dr. Stegner laid the foundations for his professional career with vocational training as a bank clerk, his studies in business administration, and his subsequent work as a research assistant at a university, accompanied by his doctorate. Dr. Stegner then moved into the insurance industry, working at both the corporate level and the level of individual national companies.

Before joining Senator Executive Search Partners, he was the spokesperson for the board of directors of an international primary insurance company within a large corporate group.
