Dr. Armin Betz founded HR Consult Group AG in 1994 and has been a board member since 1996. His focus is on building networks and cooperation models, which is demonstrated daily with the brands PERSONAL TOTAL and SENATOR. He supports the continuous development of systems and processes in HR Consult. Many of the new developments carried out by HR Consult Group AG are now standard in the personnel consulting industry. The accumulated knowledge of the group within the past decades is summarised in training courses and seminars and enables a comprehensive as well as well-founded training to become a personnel consultant, which is certainly unique in Germany. With more than 250 successfully trained personnel consultants, this is a USP in the German personnel consulting industry.

He has been working in HR consulting for more than 25 years and is one of the most experienced HR consultants in Germany. His consulting focus is on the automotive and mechanical engineering sectors, especially e-mobility and renewable energies. The areas of human resources and aptitude diagnostics round off his consulting profile.

For several years, he has been a guest lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences in Landshut on the topic of aptitude diagnostics and its current developments. He is also a lecturer at the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in Munich on topics such as the latest HR trends, modern recruiting methods and potential analyses.

With his doctorate in the field of aptitude diagnostics, he ideally rounds off his fields of competence, especially with regard to personnel and management consultancy. The dissertation deals with the identification and proof of typical personality traits of engineers as well as the definition of development areas for a successful professional career. These are scientifically derived and presented in the book "Eignungsdiagnostik im Praxiseinsatz".

Before becoming self-employed, Dr Betz worked in product marketing and marketing strategy for a German premium car manufacturer.

He started his professional career in the automotive industry in the areas of sales, development and marketing after graduating as an automotive engineer and industrial engineer, and also spent a year in Japan with one of the largest automotive suppliers.

With his broad expertise, Dr. Stegner supports companies from the insurance and reinsurance sectors, the banking industry and other financial services in all aspects of personnel consulting. Due to his wealth of entrepreneurial experience and his broad functional background, he is a valued partner in the precise placement of experts and management positions, not only in the areas of finance, risk, operations and at management level.

With his in-depth knowledge and practical experience, Dr. Stegner also devotes himself intensively to the exciting field of sport, clubs and associations.

As a board member and previously a senior executive, Dr. Stegner frequently used his industry and specialist knowledge to develop promising strategies and implement them, including the corresponding organizational development. He has also organized expansion and growth in an international environment and managed a wide range of transformation issues.

Dr. Stegner laid the foundations for his professional career with his vocational training as a bank clerk, his studies in business administration and his subsequent work as a research assistant at a university with an accompanying doctorate. Dr. Stegner then moved into the insurance industry - both at Group level and at the level of individual national companies.

Before joining Senator Executive Search Partners, he was CEO of an international primary insurance company within a large corporate group.

Jürgen Thielemann is a partner with extensive expertise in the consumer goods and mechanical engineering sectors. With his experience in the fittings and control technology industry as well as in the field of production plants and mechanical engineering, he also successfully fills all specialist and management positions in these sectors. His distinctive functional competence is in the area of human resources. He successfully finds and recruits candidates for HR functions in all sectors. After graduating from university with a degree in production engineering, he began his professional career in science and organizational consulting. Mr. Thielemann then worked mainly in the consumer goods industry, in store fitting and in the valves and control technology industry for the steam and energy sector. As a manager, he was responsible for the functional areas of human resources, management systems, IT and organization. Most recently, he worked for many years as a member of the Board of Management for Human Resources and Organization in the plant engineering sector and as Technical Managing Director at one of the most renowned international consumer goods manufacturers in the premium cookware sector. Mr. Thielemann also has many years of experience in the areas of project management and in development and change projects and has been involved as an honorary labour judge, as an advisory board member of a large German health insurance company and as a lecturer at universities.

Mr. Thielemann attaches particular importance to comprehensive personnel consulting as well as sustainable and professional cooperation - both with the companies and with the candidates. A common understanding between the company and the consultant of the position to be filled is crucial for a perfect fit. Johanna Betz has gained extensive practical experience in strategic HR management and organizational consulting through her work in leading consulting firms and international corporations. Her particular focus was on the development of HR strategies, talent development programmes and the digitalization of business processes in the financial sector. After completing her Bachelor's degree in Business Psychology, she continued her academic career with a Master's degree in Human Resources and Organizations at the London School of Economics, focusing on decision-making processes, leadership behavior and organizational dynmics.

 

In past working student positions, she has actively participated in the planning and implementation of HR strategies, including the support of talent management programs, the coordination of applicant management systems and the analysis and optimization of compensation models. She has also driven the development and implementation of digital HR processes to support companies in their digital transformation.

 

Another focus of her professional career is social media and online marketing, particularly in the financial sector. This experience is complemented by her work in a media group, where she was involved in the market launch of new products and the coordination of cross-functional projects in sales and marketing.
