After successfully completing his studies in control and automation engineering at Darmstadt Technical University, Alexander Bodensohn began his professional career in the R&D sector of the electrical industry. He initially worked in the areas of displays and smart power components. He then moved into the automotive industry, where he was involved in strategic and operational technology planning. For several years, he was research program manager for the global "rail technology" research program of a large technology group. He also played a key role in establishing the "Sensotronic & Microsystems" division for automotive applications. Last but not least, Mr. Bodensohn was tasked with setting up and managing a division that deals with ensuring reliability in motor vehicles and vehicle production.

In 2007, he founded his own management and personnel consulting firm, where he has since been successfully placing experts and executives. The focus here is on finding experts and executives in very tight candidate markets. His clients benefit from a continuously expanded and maintained network in the relevant industry and scientific community—such as for advanced battery technologies and autonomous driving.

Bernd Erhardt later took over the management of a marketing group, focusing on data-driven marketing, online business, IT, and CRM systems. Here, too, the focus of his work was on sales effectiveness, digital processes, and sustainable structures.

He brings with him a special skill set that is rare in HR consulting, gained from his many years of experience as a sales and management trainer and coach. Over the years, he has accompanied several thousand participants in practical training programs—always with a close connection to the day-to-day business of clients and employees. These were not one-off measures, but long-term personnel development programs in which he often accompanied candidates from the application process through onboarding to their active role in the company. A key component of this was the use of aptitude testing, diagnostic workshops, and assessment centers. This allowed him to directly observe and evaluate the "before and after" effect—a valuable experience that he now brings to his work as a consultant.

The broad understanding of the industry that distinguishes him today also stems from his more than ten years of experience as a trainer and management consultant—particularly in small and medium-sized businesses and family-run companies.
