After successfully completing his studies in control and automation engineering at the Technical University of Darmstadt, Alexander Bodensohn began his professional career in the R&D sector of the electrical industry. He initially worked in the areas of displays and "smart power" components. He then moved to the automotive industry, where he was involved in strategic and operational technology planning. For several years he was research programme manager for the global research programme "railway technology" of a large technology group. Furthermore, he was significantly involved in setting up the "Sensotronic & Microsystems" division for automotive applications. Last but not least, Mr Bodensohn was in charge of setting up and managing a division dealing with reliability assurance in motor vehicles as well as vehicle production.

In 2007, he founded his own management and personnel consultancy, in which he has been successfully recruiting experts and executives ever since. The focus here is on finding experts and executives in very narrow candidate markets. Here, his clients benefit from a continuously expanded and cultivated network in the relevant industry and scientific community - such as for advanced battery technologies and autonomous driving.

As a qualified engineer and successful manager of many years' standing, he not only enjoys a high level of acceptance among candidates and clients, but also supports top management in their staffing decisions.

Axel Brill has spent over 30 years of his professional life in management positions in IT companies.

Since 2012, he has specialised as a personnel consultant in IT-related management positions both in IT companies and across industries, nationally and internationally.

After his commercial training, he founded a software company, which he ran for 20 years and then sold to an international software group.

He then worked as an investor and interim manager in the IT sector and also advises on corporate transactions in the IT sector.

Thanks to his many years in the industry, he has a unique network of contacts both in Germany and internationally.

After successfully completing a degree in business administration, Michael Trzaska gained extensive experience in the IT/telecommunications and security industry (TGA). There he gained extensive knowledge and achieved success in various functions in sales, sales management and as a branch manager. 

As an experienced manager, he led teams with sales responsibility in the double-digit million range with comprehensive responsibility. This involved managing sales / service / project management and commercial organisations. In the commercial area, he was successfully responsible for commercial processing (customer care) in a DAX company.

Michael Trzaska has a distinct understanding of the interrelationships of the project business from order acquisition to realisation. He is a proven specialist in B2B business relations.

With successful projects in hospitals and social institutions, he has acquired comprehensive knowledge within the health and social sector. 

As head of competence management in a DAX company, Michael Trzaska gained extensive experience in recruiting and training employees. With his training as a systemic coach (EASC) and trainer, he is excellently equipped for consulting. His main concern in consulting and staffing is the successful integration of candidates into the client's company.

After training in the telecommunications industry and graduating with a degree in industrial engineering, he began his professional career in the software industry at one of the world's leading companies in this sector. Thanks to his outstanding achievements in scaling technology companies, he has taken on management positions over the last 12 years in which he has significantly driven the growth of national and international companies. His professional career includes positions in large corporations and start-ups as well as in medium-sized companies, often backed by family offices or private equity organizations.

With more than 25 years of professional experience at an international level and extensive knowledge in various industries, he is a valued partner when it comes to filling management positions in large and medium-sized companies.

As an innovative thinker and consultant, his goal-oriented and structured way of working combined with strong communication skills, he quickly builds up a deep relationship of trust with candidates and clients.

Ms. Lusine Tufenkchyan works for Senator Executive Search Partners as a Research Consultant.

With her degree in Human Resource Management in Belgium, she quickly found her way to working with people. 

Before moving to Germany, she worked for five years at a Belgian research center and IT consultancy specializing in BIG data, which had a huge impact on her. She started as HR Officer and Recruitment Coordinator and was able to help build up two subsidiaries in Tunisia and France through her degrees, which gave her the opportunity to develop into a Career Manager. 

She then worked in the headhunting genre at a start-up. This gave her the opportunity to get to know the German market and advise Tier 1 automotive customers. Her language skills have always supported her creativity in opening up new markets for resources in times of staff shortages.
