Dr. Peter Buhl is an expert in leadership development. He supports entrepreneurs, executives and management teams in success-critical change processes. He advises companies' internal personnel development departments on the design of qualification processes, designs and manages leadership programs and supports managers, management teams and conflict parties through individual coaching.

Dr. Buhl brings entrepreneurial experience as CFO of a start-up company and over 14 years of management experience - including at C-level - to his work. As a systemic coach and systemic organizational consultant, he can provide his clients with sound consulting expertise. As an economist with a broad range of management and industry experience on the one hand and as a psychotherapist (HPG) on the other, he can confidently navigate the conflicting priorities of results-oriented and personality-centered leadership and show his clients appropriate, individual strategies for success.

At SENATOR, Dr. Buhl provides support in the areas of onboarding and coaching. After studying mechanical engineering in Eastern Europe and completing his doctorate at a leading research institute in Germany, specializing in agricultural engineering, Andreas Dubois spent his entire professional life in management positions in medium-sized agribusiness, where he was responsible for finance, operations/production, HR and IT.

In his more than 25 years of board and management activities, he gained cross-industry expertise in the fields of agriculture, construction machinery, agricultural technology and renewable energies. His work focused on managing, optimizing and developing business areas and companies, implementing growth strategies and shaping M&A processes in various phases of the company. New technologies, e.g. in smart and precision farming, RFID or farm management and CRM systems, as well as innovative solutions such as automated process controls, played a central role in each case.

Andreas Dubois is our partner not only in Germany, but also has excellent contacts and networks in Eastern Europe and advises clients from the AGRIBUSINESS sector with a particular focus on agricultural technology (AgTech and start-up companies), ENGINEERING with a focus on agricultural and construction machinery, and ENERGY ECONOMY / RENEWABLE ENERGIES with a particular specialization in Power to X.

Das breite Spektrum an Branchenkenntnis resultiert aus seiner langjährigen Tätigkeit als Vertriebs-Führungskraft im Handel. In dieser Rolle unterstützte er namhafte Unternehmen und Franchise-Systeme beim strukturierten Aufbau, im operativen Geschäft sowie bei der wirksamen Umsetzung vertrieblicher Maßnahmen. Daraus entstand auch ein tiefes Verständnis für Change Management – ein Thema, das sich wie ein roter Faden durch seine berufliche Laufbahn zieht.

Später übernahm Bernd Erhardt die Geschäftsführung eines Marketing-Konzerns, mit Fokus auf datengetriebenes Marketing, Online-Business, IT- und CRM-Systeme. Auch hier standen vertriebliche Wirksamkeit, digitale Prozesse und nachhaltige Strukturen im Mittelpunkt seiner Arbeit.

Eine besondere, in der Personalberatung seltene Kompetenz bringt er aus seiner langjährigen Tätigkeit als Verkaufs- und Führungskräfte-Trainer und -Coach mit. Mehrere Tausend Teilnehmer begleitete er über Jahre hinweg in praktischen Trainingsprogrammen – stets mit engem Bezug zum Tagesgeschäft von Kunden und Mitarbeitern. Es handelte sich nicht um punktuelle Maßnahmen, sondern um langfristig angelegte Personalentwicklungsprogramme, in denen er Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten oft vom Bewerbungsprozess über das Onboarding bis hin zur aktiven Rolle im Unternehmen begleitete. Ein entscheidender Bestandteil war dabei der Einsatz eignungsdiagnostischer Verfahren, Diagnose-Workshops und Assessment-Center. So konnte er den „Vorher-Nachher“-Effekt direkt beobachten und bewerten – eine wertvolle Erfahrung, die er heute in seine Arbeit als Berater einbringt.

Das breite Branchenverständnis, das ihn heute auszeichnet, entstand zudem durch seine über zehnjährige Tätigkeit als Trainer und Unternehmensberater – insbesondere im Mittelstand und in familiengeführten Unternehmen. Aus über 100 langfristigen Mandaten und Trainingsprogrammen resultiert ein tiefer Einblick in die kulturellen Eigenheiten, die Führungsphilosophie und die unternehmerische DNA unterschiedlichster Organisationen.
