Mr. Hahne has many years of international experience in the industry and media sector and will be particularly active in the competence centers media (TV, print & digital), construction/technical building equipment (TGA)/facility management (FM) as well as in the semiconductor industry.

With his comprehensive expertise, Mr. Claus Hahne supports companies in all aspects of personnel consulting. His wealth of entrepreneurial experience and broad functional background make him a valued partner in the precise filling of expert and management positions, particularly in the areas of procurement & supply chain management and at management level.

After studying business administration with a focus on human resources management and information technology, Mr. Hahne began his career in a medium-sized company in the steel industry. There he gained valuable experience in sales and purchasing.

In the further course of his career, he took on various positions and management tasks in purchasing and supply chain management at Siemens AG. At Siemens, Mr. Hahne was instrumental in the development and implementation of strategies to optimize procurement processes and was able to achieve significant cost savings through his innovative approaches. He also successfully carried out various projects to increase efficiency in the supply chain, which led to a sustainable improvement in operational processes. His ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions contributed significantly to increasing the company's efficiency and productivity. In addition, he was responsible for implementing global purchasing strategies that helped to strengthen Siemens' competitiveness in international markets.

Before joining Senator Executive Search Partners, Mr. Hahne worked for ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE. In his role, he was responsible for the Corporate Real Estate division and the company's global procurement function. Under his leadership, numerous projects were implemented to optimize processes and increase efficiency in the areas of procurement and facility management. His expertise made it possible to realign the company's purchasing strategies and thereby achieve significant competitive advantages. Mr. Hahne also established sustainable practices and guidelines that contributed to the long-term stability and profitability of the company. His leadership not only improved internal processes, but also strengthened relationships with suppliers and service providers, leading to an overall improvement in the company's performance.

Matthias König has more than 25 years of experience as a managing director and CEO in the manufacturing industry. He has gained extensive knowledge and experience in the management of business development, performance improvement and turnaround processes, which he has successfully applied. During this time, he made several significant contributions to increasing value and securing the company's existence. He has been the owner of the consulting boutique prodatio consulting for more than 10 years.

He gained experience in corporations with a family background, in public companies and in portfolio companies of private equity firms. He was involved in several M&A projects. In addition to developing and implementing new strategies for markets, products, technologies and locations, the focus was always on securing financing. Using organizational development tools, the strategies developed and the results of change processes were consolidated and permanently anchored in the companies.

In his operational activities, he gained extensive experience in sales with national and international key accounts as well as in strategic and operational marketing. The process-related and structural redesign of complex production facilities with wood, glass, steel, aluminum, plastic or concrete processing technologies was often an important basis for success.

Since 2010, Mr. König has been dealing with all issues relating to sustainability in the construction industry.

Mr. König has a degree in economics and business informatics and has studied business administration, marketing, corporate management and controlling while working. He is a certified sustainability manager.

In addition to his consulting activities, he is active as an advisory board member and regularly publishes in specialist media on current management issues. As a business angel, he supports young founders in the realization of their business ideas.

Bartholomew Lainer

Special competence: Change management

Bartholomäus Ch. Lainer began his professional career as a lecturer in the training and further education institute of the Lucerne Commercial Association. His next station in Switzerland was the project manager function in central management and personnel development in a retail group with production and service companies.

He has been self-employed since 1995 and is constantly involved in change projects at the BMW Group as a change management consultant and trainer.

In 2009, he founded a management consultancy with a focus on management development and change management, advising and implementing in the medium-sized automotive environment as well as in smaller and medium-sized companies.

For some years now, he has been linking his practical experience with current scientific results through teaching in the master's programme in industrial engineering at Landshut University of Applied Sciences.

At SENATOR, he supports the area of change management and is the expert contact for planned and ongoing change projects in the fields of corporate strategy, structure and culture.

He draws on long experience from many projects starting as an organisational development consultant and works with modern change management tools.

Andreas Otterbach is an expert in excellence in human resources and corporate management. His focus is on human resources and organisational development, especially the development of an appreciative leadership culture. He also supports specialists and managers in individual coaching sessions.

As a professor of business administration and corporate management at the Stuttgart Media University, Andreas Otterbach's research focuses on the success factors of hidden champions, especially in human resources management. Many insights can be derived from this that also benefit small and medium-sized enterprises. His book "Führend durch Wertschätzung" (2017) provides a good insight into this topic.

Andreas Otterbach is a business trainer and systemic coach, both certified by the German Association for Coaching and Training (DVCT). These skills enable him to work in a very personal and targeted way with the clients he supports.

Further stages of his education include a degree in business administration and a doctorate at the University of Bamberg. He also holds a degree in banking management.
