Peter Wiedemann is an experienced criminalist who, after more than 25 years of service with the Bavarian police in various investigative and management functions, switched to management consulting in 2007. With the company he founded, the retired senior criminal investigator has specialized in the prevention, detection, investigation and combating of white-collar crime. Supported by his team, he advises numerous national and international companies on the conceptual and practical implementation of all prevention and intervention measures, including from a strategic perspective. His clients benefit above all from his personal expertise, extensive professional experience and extensive network.

Mr. Wühst is a partner in our Automotive Trade Competence Center and our specialist for sustainable business succession.

He learned the business of the automobile trade from the bottom up, so to speak. He quickly developed his career from car salesman, commercial vehicle salesman, bulk buyer, sales manager and service manager to managing director.

He has successfully managed car dealerships and car dealership groups with up to 4,000 units a year for more than 27 years and knows the challenges faced by German dealerships and importers.

He uses his successful degree in psychology to carefully select candidates, check their suitability and accompany them into the new company. "Nevertheless, I have always worked successfully with personnel consultants during my operational management, as the aim is to quickly find not only good employees, but also the right ones. So I know both sides of the business."

In addition, Mr. Wühst worked for many years as a voluntary lecturer in business administration at the Federal College for Business Administration in the Automotive Industry (BFC) in Northeim.

There he has given several seminars and projects in this area and has already successfully filled several corporate successions at Senator-Partners. Mr. Wühst works closely with the IHK Kassel to offer clients comprehensive support.

Mr. David Bart has been working as a consultant at Senator Executive Search Partners since 2023.

Before and during his studies in business administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Landshut, he was able to gain in-depth insights into various areas of a large automotive group.

At the end of his studies, Mr. David Bart therefore focused on the competence modules Marketing, Sales and Human Resources and worked in the internal sales department of the automotive group.

In his bachelor's thesis, he developed various creative ideas and strategies for content marketing via digital channels for a local and traditional sports club based on his own interests.

After completing his studies, Mr. Bart moved away from the group to a medium-sized forwarding company, where he worked neither in sales nor in marketing, but as a recruiter in the HR department.

Here, the healthy mix of knowledge in marketing, sales and personnel in combination with a very pleasant and friendly character is decisive for success in the recruitment process.

With this know-how, Mr. Bart supports our team in the area of recruiting and tries to find the best possible solutions for our customers.

Johanna Betz has gained extensive practical experience in strategic HR management and organizational consulting through her work in leading consulting firms and international corporations. Her particular focus was on the development of HR strategies, talent development programmes and the digitalization of business processes in the financial sector. After completing her Bachelor's degree in Business Psychology, she continued her academic career with a Master's degree in Human Resources and Organizations at the London School of Economics, focusing on decision-making processes, leadership behavior and organizational dynmics.

 

In past working student positions, she has actively participated in the planning and implementation of HR strategies, including the support of talent management programs, the coordination of applicant management systems and the analysis and optimization of compensation models. She has also driven the development and implementation of digital HR processes to support companies in their digital transformation.

 

Another focus of her professional career is social media and online marketing, particularly in the financial sector. This experience is complemented by her work in a media group, where she was involved in the market launch of new products and the coordination of cross-functional projects in sales and marketing.

Heiko Brennfleck began his professional career in sales of renowned branded goods. He expanded his commercial knowledge through customer acquisition and direct sales, and throughout his career, culminating in the position of sales manager, he gained extensive, valuable experience in the training and development of young talent.

This was followed by his entry into the profession as an independent personnel consultant in the field of recruiting and direct contact.
After several successful years in personnel consulting, Heiko Brennfleck, as Sales Manager at SENATOR, concentrates on acquiring new customers in the individual competence centers and advising our clients in their search for specialists and managers in the field of sales and marketing.
