Through her work at leading consulting firms and international corporations, Johanna Betz has gained extensive practical experience in strategic human resources management and organizational consulting. Her particular focus has been on developing HR strategies, talent development programs, and the digitalization of business processes in the financial sector. After completing her bachelor's degree in business psychology, she continued her academic career with a master's degree in human resources and organizations at the London School of Economics, focusing on decision-making processes, leadership behavior, and organizational dynamics.

 

In previous working student positions, she has actively participated in the planning and implementation of HR strategies, including supporting talent management programs, coordinating applicant management systems, and analyzing and optimizing compensation models. She has also driven the development and implementation of digital HR processes to support companies in their digital transformation.

 

Another focus of her professional career is social media and online marketing, particularly in the financial sector. This experience is complemented by her work at a media group, where her responsibilities included helping to launch new products and coordinating cross-functional projects in sales and marketing.

Heiko Brennfleck began his professional career in sales of renowned brand-name products. He expanded his commercial knowledge through business customer acquisition and direct sales and, during his career, which culminated in a position as sales manager, he gained many years of valuable experience in training and further education of young professionals.

This was followed by a career as an independent personnel consultant in the field of recruiting and direct approach.
After several successful years in personnel consulting, Heiko Brennfleck now focuses on acquiring new customers in the individual competence centers and advising our clients in their search for specialists and executives in the field of sales and marketing as sales manager at SENATOR.

After completing his commercial training, he was able to learn the tools of the trade from scratch at a large personnel consulting firm.

At Senator Executive Search Partners, Daniel Fertl is Head of Research at the Landshut office and specializes in the automotive and defense industries.
In recent years, he has often taken on difficult and challenging positions in these areas.
He is involved in applicant and project management, aptitude testing, and, of course, direct approach ("headhunting").
