Eckart Achauer, studied law and business administration, postgraduate studies to become a Master of Business Administration (MBA). In-service training to become a European Quality Manager (DGQ), a mediator specialising in business mediation and a Certified Compliance Manager (TÜV).

He worked for around 10 years in the international insurance industry in the management of a Swiss insurance group in various functions (claims department, sales, assistance) before moving into management and business consulting in 1997.

As a consultant and managing director of various consulting companies, Mr Achauer has specialised thematically in organisational and process optimisation as well as in the development and implementation of management systems - quality management, risk and compliance management.

At SENATOR, Mr Achauer is responsible for the area of compliance management. Within the framework of compliance audits, he analyses their organisational "compliance fitness", he sensitises and trains the management, executives and employees and supports the companies in setting up and implementing individual compliance management systems. In doing so, he always takes into account the specific risk situation of the companies. Due to his many years of experience as a manager and consultant, he is very familiar with the entrepreneurial challenges from practice.

Mr. David Bart has been working as a consultant at Senator Executive Search Partners since 2023.

Before and during his studies in business administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Landshut, he was able to gain in-depth insights into various areas of a large automotive group.

At the end of his studies, Mr. David Bart therefore focused on the competence modules Marketing, Sales and Human Resources and worked in the internal sales department of the automotive group.

In his bachelor's thesis, he developed various creative ideas and strategies for content marketing via digital channels for a local and traditional sports club based on his own interests.

After completing his studies, Mr. Bart moved away from the group to a medium-sized forwarding company, where he worked neither in sales nor in marketing, but as a recruiter in the HR department.

Here, the healthy mix of knowledge in marketing, sales and personnel in combination with a very pleasant and friendly character is decisive for success in the recruitment process.

With this know-how, Mr. Bart supports our team in the area of recruiting and tries to find the best possible solutions for our customers.

Heiko Brennfleck began his professional career in sales of renowned branded goods. He expanded his commercial knowledge through business customer acquisition and direct sales and gained many years of valuable experience in training and further education of young junior staff during his career, up to the position of sales manager.

This was followed by his start as an independent personnel consultant in the field of recruiting and direct approach.
After several successful years in personnel consulting, Heiko Brennfleck, as sales manager at SENATOR, concentrates on acquiring new customers in the individual competence centres as well as advising our clients in their search for specialists and managers in the area of sales & marketing.

Dr Peter Buhl is an expert in leadership development. He accompanies entrepreneurs, executives and management teams in success-critical change processes. He advises the company's internal personnel development in the design of qualification processes, designs and leads leadership programmes and accompanies executives, management teams and conflict parties through individual coaching.

Dr Buhl brings entrepreneurial experience as CFO of a start-up company and over 14 years of management experience - also at C-level - to his work. As a systemic coach and systemic organisational consultant, he can provide his clients with sound consulting expertise. As an economist with a broad range of management and industry experience on the one hand and as a psychotherapist (HPG) on the other, he can move confidently in the area of conflict between results-oriented and personality-centred leadership and show his clients individual success strategies appropriate to the situation.

At SENATOR, Dr Buhl accompanies the areas of onboarding and coaching. Especially during onboarding, when new managers are integrated into a company, the risks are very high: both sides usually enter the process with very high expectations.
