Andreas Berger studied business administration with a focus on trade and industry at the renowned Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. After successfully completing his degree in business administration, he began his professional career in the international sporting goods industry.

His move into the clothing and branded goods industry was followed by intense years in marketing and product management, marked by successful product launches, high-revenue point-of-sale promotions, and award-winning advertising campaigns. Responsibility for marketing a fashion chain store brought with it not only in-depth retail expertise but also experience in construction and shopfitting. With his own online shop, he was able to actively witness the beginnings of e-commerce.

After the turn of the millennium, Andreas Berger decided to put his interest in people and his entrepreneurial spirit to good use as a management consultant. Following a successful decade at two renowned executive search consultancies, he found the ideal base for his consulting work at SENATOR in 2015.

Today, Andreas Berger primarily advises medium-sized clients from the branded goods and lifestyle-oriented manufacturing and retail sectors, as well as industry-related service providers, including construction planning. In addition, he supports companies across all industries that are adapting their business models and corporate culture to the requirements of the digital and networked world.

With many years of experience, expertise, empathy, and perseverance, he guides clients and candidates along the often challenging path of reconciling their requirements, needs, and wishes. As a result, trusting relationships have developed over the years, sometimes turning candidates into clients and former clients into candidates.

Through her work at leading consulting firms and international corporations, Johanna Betz has gained extensive practical experience in strategic human resources management and organizational consulting. Her particular focus has been on developing HR strategies, talent development programs, and the digitalization of business processes in the financial sector. After completing her bachelor's degree in business psychology, she continued her academic career with a master's degree in human resources and organizations at the London School of Economics, focusing on decision-making processes, leadership behavior, and organizational dynamics.

 

In previous working student positions, she has actively participated in the planning and implementation of HR strategies, including supporting talent management programs, coordinating applicant management systems, and analyzing and optimizing compensation models. She has also driven the development and implementation of digital HR processes to support companies in their digital transformation.

 

Another focus of her professional career is social media and online marketing, particularly in the financial sector. This experience is complemented by her work at a media group, where her responsibilities included helping to launch new products and coordinating cross-functional projects in sales and marketing.
