Lars Osmers is a partner and, thanks to his many years of experience, regularly fills key positions, particularly in medium-sized manufacturing companies, often in family businesses. For his clients, he successfully searches for management personalities as well as qualified specialists, also for difficult technical positions.

He has always been interested in both economic and technical topics and therefore studied industrial engineering at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern. He spent his first professional years at the headquarters of a DAX 30 company and as deputy managing director of a manufacturing subsidiary.

In the following years, he was responsible for projects and restructuring as an interim manager and member of the management of mostly family-run technical companies.

He finally switched to personnel consulting 10 years ago. During this time, he worked as a partner for a renowned Düsseldorf consultancy, which is one of the top 10 German firms, and has been a partner at SENATOR, which is one of the top 20 German personnel consultancies, for eight years.

He prefers to spend his free time with his family, in nature or doing voluntary work. On vacation, he is interested in foreign cultures or enjoys hiking or skiing in the mountains.

Andreas Otterbach is an expert in excellence in personnel and corporate management. His focus is on personnel and organizational development, especially the development of an appreciative leadership culture. He also supports specialists and managers in individual coaching sessions.

As Professor of Business Administration and Corporate Management at the Stuttgart Media University, Andreas Otterbach's research focuses on the success factors of hidden champions, particularly in terms of personnel management. Many insights can be derived from this that also benefit small and medium-sized companies. His book "Leading through appreciation" (2017) provides a good insight into this topic.

Andreas Otterbach is a business trainer and systemic coach, both certified by the German Association for Coaching and Training (DVCT). These skills enable him to work with his clients in a very personal and targeted manner.

Further stages of his education include a degree in business administration and a doctorate at the University of Bamberg. He also holds a degree in banking management.

As part of his training as an officer, Ralf Prechtl successfully completed his degree in electrical engineering and then went on to study industrial engineering.

After active service as an officer, Mr. Prechtl began his professional career in the Defence & Aerospace industry. After three years in Paris, he returned to the parent company, where he held various positions. Most recently, he worked in the management of a subsidiary, where he was responsible for strategy, marketing and sales.

From there, his path led him to another MDax company, where he was responsible for the restructuring of the division. As part of this role, he was responsible for the business success of several companies on various continents.

Following the successful restructuring, Mr. Prechtl moved to HR Consult Group AG as a member of the Management Board. He had previously been a member of the Supervisory Board there and was very familiar with the processes, the general conditions and the people involved. Mr. Prechtl has retained a further Supervisory Board position at a technology company. This company works in the field of tracking systems in logistics.

His industry focus is naturally on the world of defense & aerospace, the entire security industry and the interesting environment in the public sector.

The challenges in the public sector are of particular interest to Mr. Prechtl. A functioning administration and an efficient public service require motivated and capable employees. Finding them - in competition with industrial employers - is both exciting and interesting.

At the same time, his focus is on building networks and cooperation models as well as the continuous further development of systems and processes in personnel consulting. Due to his extensive experience in the field of restructuring, Mr. Prechtl is particularly interested in helping companies in difficult situations. The use of certified aptitude diagnostic procedures in individual personnel selection and development is an important building block here. This module is used both in management audits and in the improvement of structures.

Peter Schönberger studied law in Munich and worked as a lawyer in renowned law firms until he took over the legal department of an eHealth group in 2006. During this time, he accompanied the development of the company into a Tecdax group, in particular in the context of inorganic growth and in his role as a key player in the German telematics infrastructure.

In 2011, Peter Schönberger took over responsibility for the Group's global HR department. In particular, he was responsible for the international harmonization of the national companies, digitalization, management support and the development of a company health management system.

In 2014, Mr. Schönberger left the company and moved to the management of a professional sports club, which the founder of the Group had previously taken over through Mr. Schönberger's mediation. As Managing Director, he reached the final of the German Ice Hockey League twice with the Cologne Sharks and was also a member of the league's legal and economic committee.

Peter Schönberger has been working in personnel consulting since 2019 and contributes his expertise from his many years of entrepreneurial activity. He has in-depth knowledge of IT and in particular in the field of telematics infrastructure. Peter Schönberger is still licensed as a lawyer and can approach candidates for legal positions "from colleague to colleague". He also quickly establishes a good level of experience with HR managers through his management activities in the HR sector.

Peter Schönberger has also completed a LUXXprofile Master training course. Mr. Schönberger uses the intrinsic analysis method LUXXprofile to analyse candidates in the final selection process as well as existing company executives in order to increase the accuracy of fit between position and candidate or executive. His intrinsic training also regularly helps him to assess candidates well in terms of their drivers.

As a board member and previously a senior executive, Dr. Stegner frequently used his industry and specialist knowledge to develop promising strategies and implement them, including the corresponding organizational development. He has also organized expansion and growth in an international environment and managed a wide range of transformation issues.

Dr. Stegner laid the foundations for his professional career with his vocational training as a banker, his studies in business administration and his subsequent work as a research assistant at a university with an accompanying doctorate. Dr. Stegner then moved into the insurance industry - both at Group level and at the level of individual national companies.

Before joining Senator Executive Search Partners, he was CEO of an international primary insurance company within a large corporate group.
