With his doctorate in applied physics on the use of gas lasers in infrared spectroscopy and his scientific work at a major research institute with a focus on solid-state lasers, Dr. Pfelzer has acquired in-depth specialist knowledge in the field of laser technology. He then worked for 30 years in the field of information technology, specializing in various specialist areas such as logistics and financial services. This combination, which is extremely rare in Germany, sets him apart significantly in the consultancy market.

His professional experience in the field of information technology includes consulting as well as line responsibility for IT projects, the operation of IT systems and the management of IT organizations. He has particular expertise in the development of precise requirement profiles for management and specialist roles. Through targeted discussions with decision-makers, he identifies factors that are critical to success and supports companies in filling key positions with a perfect fit - both in terms of professional qualifications and the respective corporate culture.

Its structured approach has proven its worth in filling demanding positions for marketing, internet and e-commerce systems as well as for payment systems in the area of critical infrastructures (KRITIS), which have correspondingly high IT security requirements due to their criticality.

As a manager in the IT sector, Dr. Pfelzer was responsible for department heads, teams and project groups for 16 years. Today, his extensive experience in the targeted selection of employees forms the basis for successfully filling positions in the digital transformation and in high-tech areas such as laser technology and its applications.

Thanks to his scientific work as a physicist and his career at an IT consulting company and a large, internationally active logistics company, Dr. Pfelzer has a very good network and access to highly qualified managers and specialists.

As a graduate industrial engineer and graduate mechanical engineer, both from the Technical University of Munich, Uwe Rautzenberg has an excellent academic foundation. His more than 25-year career in management positions, including several years as Managing Director, has been characterized by sustained success and a clear strategic focus.

His outstanding professional achievements are reflected in various areas. In business expansion, he was able to secure the company's continued existence through successful turnarounds and transformations and achieve significant increases in sales and efficiency. His global experience includes the establishment of an international production network with responsibility for sites in the USA and China as well as the development of strategic alliances at a global level. With impressive innovative strength, he has opened up new business areas and accelerated processes through targeted digitalization projects. His leadership skills are also evident in the successful reorganization of sales, production, service and purchasing as well as in the implementation of challenging change management projects, such as the introduction of a team-oriented corporate culture and lean management.

Uwe Rautzenberg is convinced that careful personnel selection is the basis for successful organizations. Even as a young engineer, he recognized in Kaizen workshops that their success depends largely on the right selection of team members. Peter Schönberger studied law in Munich and worked as a lawyer in renowned law firms until he took over the legal department of an eHealth group in 2006. During this time, he accompanied the company's development into a Tecdax group, particularly in the context of inorganic growth and in his role as a key player in the German telematics infrastructure.

In 2011, Peter Schönberger took over responsibility for the Group's global HR department. In particular, he was responsible for the international harmonization of the national companies, digitalization, management support and the development of a company health management system.

In 2014, Mr. Schönberger left the company and moved to the management of a professional sports club, which the founder of the Group had previously taken over through Mr. Schönberger's mediation. As Managing Director, he reached the final of the German Ice Hockey League twice with the Cologne Sharks and was also a member of the league's legal and economic committee.

Peter Schönberger has been working in personnel consulting since 2019 and contributes his expertise from his many years of entrepreneurial activity. He has in-depth knowledge of IT and particularly in the field of telematics infrastructure. Peter Schönberger is still licensed as a lawyer and can approach candidates for legal positions "from colleague to colleague". He also quickly establishes a good level of experience with HR managers through his management activities in the HR sector.

Peter Schönberger has also completed a LUXXprofile Master training course. Mr. Schönberger uses the intrinsic analysis method LUXXprofile to analyse candidates in the final selection process as well as existing company managers in order to increase the accuracy of fit between position and candidate or manager. His intrinsic training also regularly helps him to assess candidates well in terms of their drivers.

Dr. Stegner laid the foundations for his professional career with his vocational training as a banker, his studies in business administration and his subsequent work as a research assistant at a university with an accompanying doctorate. Dr. Stegner then moved into the insurance industry - both at Group level and at the level of individual national companies.

Jürgen Thielemann is a partner with extensive expertise in the consumer goods and mechanical engineering sectors. With his experience in the fittings and control technology industry as well as in the field of production plants and mechanical engineering, he also successfully fills all specialist and management positions in these sectors. His distinctive functional competence is in the area of human resources. He successfully finds and recruits candidates for HR functions in all sectors. He also applies his experience to the onboarding of managers and top specialists. Mr. Thielemann enriches SENATOR Executive Search Partners with his personality and skills.

After graduating from university with a degree in production engineering, he began his professional career in science and organizational consulting. Mr. Thielemann then worked mainly in the consumer goods industry, in store fitting and in the valves and control technology industry for the steam and energy sector. As a manager, he was responsible for the functional areas of human resources, management systems, IT and organization. Most recently, he worked for many years as a member of the Board of Management for Human Resources and Organization in the plant engineering sector and as Technical Managing Director at one of the most renowned international consumer goods manufacturers in the premium cookware sector. Mr. Thielemann also has many years of experience in the areas of project management and in development and change projects and has been involved as an honorary labour judge, as an advisory board member of a large German health insurance company and as a lecturer at universities.

Mr. Thielemann attaches particular importance to comprehensive personnel consulting as well as sustainable and professional cooperation - both with the companies and with the candidates. A common understanding between the company and the consultant of the position to be filled is crucial for a perfect fit.
