Andreas Berger works as a partner primarily in the competence centers Consumer Goods, Retail and Services as well as Digital and Online Business.

As a long-standing marketing professional, he naturally feels particularly at home in the marketing and sales environment, but also values all other functional areas. In addition to classic headhunting, Andreas Berger is interested in aptitude diagnostics and has worked on management audits in the retail sector for Senator.

Andreas Berger studied business administration with a focus on retail and industry at the renowned Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. After graduating with a degree in business administration, he started his career in the international sporting goods industry.

The switch to the clothing and branded goods industry was followed by intensive years in marketing and product management, which were characterized by successful product launches, high-turnover point of sales campaigns and award-winning advertising campaigns. Responsibility for the marketing of a fashion chain store brought with it not only sound retail know-how but also construction and shopfitting experience. With his own online store, he was able to actively experience the beginnings of e-commerce.

After the turn of the millennium, Andreas Berger decided to put his interest in people and his entrepreneurial spirit to good use as a management consultant. After a successful decade in two renowned executive search consultancies, he found the ideal basis for his consultancy work at SENATOR in 2015.

Today, Andreas Berger primarily advises medium-sized clients from the branded goods and lifestyle-oriented manufacturing and retail environment as well as industry-related service providers through to construction planning. He also advises companies across industries that are adapting their business models and corporate culture to the requirements of the digital and networked world.

With many years of experience, expertise, empathy and perseverance, he accompanies clients and candidates on the often challenging path of reconciling their requirements, needs and wishes. As a result, trusting relationships have developed over the years, which have sometimes turned candidates into clients and former clients into candidates.

Andreas Berger is a member of the BDU, the Federal Association of German Management Consultants.

This guiding principle characterizes Bernd Erhardt's work - and at the same time describes his ability to recognize changes early on, shape them in a targeted manner and implement them consistently.

As a personnel consultant at SENATOR Partners, Bernd Erhardt has over 30 years of sales, marketing and management experience - a sound basis for successfully filling positions that are considered particularly demanding or challenging.

His industry expertise includes retail and the service sector, IT and software, automation, mechanical and plant engineering and medical technology. He has particularly deep roots in the packaging industry, which he has supported intensively over many years. He also has extensive expertise in the field of personnel development.

His broad spectrum of industry knowledge is the result of his many years as a sales manager in the retail sector. In this role, he supported well-known companies and franchise systems in the structured development, operational business and effective implementation of sales measures. This also resulted in a deep understanding of change management - a topic that has been a recurring theme throughout his professional career.

Bernd Erhardt later took over the management of a marketing group with a focus on data-driven marketing, online business, IT and CRM systems. Here, too, his work focused on sales effectiveness, digital processes and sustainable structures.

His many years of experience as a sales and management trainer and coach have given him a special expertise that is rare in HR consulting. Over the years, he has accompanied several thousand participants in practical training programs - always with close reference to the day-to-day business of customers and employees. These were not one-off measures, but long-term personnel development programs in which he often accompanied candidates from the application process through onboarding to their active role in the company. A key component of this was the use of aptitude diagnostic procedures, diagnostic workshops and assessment centers. This allowed him to directly observe and evaluate the "before and after" effect - a valuable experience that he now brings to his work as a consultant.

The broad understanding of the industry that characterizes him today also stems from his more than ten years as a trainer and management consultant - particularly in medium-sized and family-run companies. Over 100 long-term mandates and training programmes have given him a deep insight into the cultural characteristics, management philosophy and entrepreneurial DNA of a wide variety of organizations.

Andreas-Christoph Hofmann zählt zu den Top-Managern der deutschen Automobilindustrie und hat nicht nur über Führung gelesen – er hat sie 35 Jahre lang bei führenden Automobilherstellern gelebt. Ms. Uzuner deepened her enthusiasm for new, fast-growing and innovative developments in the media sector by studying media management. The fascination of consciously controlling the flow of information and the power of targeted communication has not only had an impact over several generations, but is still growing into a consumer-driven market with many multi-faceted potentials.

Duygu Uzuner's affinity for gaming deliberately led him into the "game niche", which has now become a market in its own right. The steady growth of the industry is reflected in the development of arcade studios into metaverse technologies. This growth can only be driven forward if the high demand for qualified employees can be met.

Ms. Uzuner gladly accepts the challenge of working effectively and successfully in a goal-oriented manner. Based on several years of experience as a career coach and over ten years of management experience in the retail and services sector, with a focus on HR management, this is a logical step.
