After completing a banking apprenticeship and studying law in Munich and business administration in St. Gallen, Oliver Becker began his professional career as a lawyer in the field of M&A and private equity at a leading law and tax consulting firm.

He then moved to the investment management division of a major international bank. Subsequently, he took over the management of a medium-sized investment company.

Oliver Becker has been working as a personnel consultant since 2011. He primarily supports clients with a focus on asset management and the family office segment.

In addition to executive search, he is passionate about interim management, for which he Senator Partners within the Senator Partners network and serves as a contact person for partners and clients alike. Thanks to his extensive experience and legal expertise, he advises various associations and interest groups on interim management.

Dr. Armin Betz founded HR Consult Group AG in 1994 and has been its CEO since 1996. His focus is on establishing networks and cooperation models, which is demonstrated on a daily basis with the PERSONAL TOTAL and SENATOR brands. He supports the continuous development of systems and processes in HR consulting. Many of the new developments made by HR Consult Group AG have now become standard in the personnel consulting industry. The knowledge gathered by the group over the past decades is summarized in training courses and seminars, enabling comprehensive and in-depth training as a personnel consultant, which is certainly unique in Germany. With more than 250 successfully trained personnel consultants, this is a USP in the German personnel consulting industry.

He has been working in personnel consulting for more than 25 years and is therefore one of the most experienced personnel consultants in Germany. His consulting focus is on the automotive and mechanical engineering industries, in particular e-mobility and renewable energies. The areas of human resources and aptitude diagnostics round off his consulting profile.

For several years, he has been a guest lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences in Landshut on the subject of aptitude diagnostics and current developments in this field. He is also a lecturer at the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in Munich, where he teaches courses on topics such as the latest HR trends, state-of-the-art recruiting methods, and potential analyses.

With his doctorate in the field of aptitude diagnostics, he ideally rounds off his areas of expertise, particularly with regard to human resources and management consulting. His dissertation deals with the identification and verification of typical personality traits of engineers and the definition of areas of development for a successful career. These are scientifically derived and presented in the book "Eignungsdiagnostik im Praxiseinsatz" ( Aptitude Diagnostics in Practical Use ).

Before becoming self-employed, Dr. Betz worked in product marketing and marketing strategy for a premium German car manufacturer.

After completing his studies in automotive engineering and industrial engineering, he began his professional career in the automotive industry in the areas of sales, development, and marketing, and also spent a year in Japan with one of the largest automotive suppliers.

Robert T. Heinemann began his career in public service, working for more than 10 years in a district government before moving to Bielefeld University as head of the law faculty. During this time, he also taught part-time, particularly in legal subjects. His next career move took him into banking, where he worked for 15 years in both the public and private banking sectors. During these years, Robert T. Heinemann gained significant international experience in Europe, Asia, and America. In the early 2000s, he was SEVP & CEO of a German bank's branch in London.

 

He has been working in the field of human resources/people & culture for more than three decades. Fifteen years ago, he founded his own consulting firm based in Munich. Robert T. Heinemann's consulting focus is on HR strategy consulting for medium-sized companies, most of which also operate internationally. Previous mandates have taken him to many European countries, Asia, Africa, and America. Since 2023, he has been using a Culture of Innovation Surveyto measure the innovative capacity and strength of companies. With this approach, he helps his clients to focus much more on innovation in order to become more attractive as employers and to demonstrably retain more talent and attract new talent to the company.

 

To this day, Robert T. Heinemann continues to take on interim mandates as CHRO/Global Head of HR in order to remain closely involved in the practical side of the business. Since 2018, he has been a member of the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) with his consulting boutique, where he also serves as Chair of the HR Working Group. In 2021 and 2022, he worked for the global association as interim COO in Paris.

Jürgen Thielemann is a partner with extensive expertise in the consumer goods and mechanical engineering industries. With his experience in the valve and control technology industry as well as in the field of manufacturing plants and mechanical engineering, he successfully fills all specialist and management positions in these areas. After completing his university education with a degree in production engineering, he began his professional career in science and organizational consulting. Mr. Thielemann then worked primarily in the consumer goods industry, in shopfitting, and in the fittings and control technology industry for the steam and energy sector. As a manager, he was responsible for the functional areas of human resources, management systems, IT, and organization. Most recently, he served for many years as Chief Human Resources and Organization Officer in the plant engineering sector and as Technical Managing Director at one of the most renowned international consumer goods manufacturers in the premium cookware sector. In addition, Mr. Thielemann has many years of experience in project management and in development and change projects and has been involved as a volunteer labor court judge, as an advisor to a large German health insurance company, and as a lecturer at universities.

Mr. Thielemann attaches particular importance to comprehensive personnel consulting and sustainable, professional cooperation—both with companies and with candidates. In order to find the right candidate, it is essential that the company and the consultant have a common understanding of the position to be filled.
