With degrees in industrial engineering and mechanical engineering, both from the Technical University of Munich, Uwe Rautzenberg has an excellent academic background. His more than 25-year career in management positions, including several years as a managing director, is characterized by sustained success and a clear strategic focus.

His outstanding professional achievements are reflected in various areas. In business development, he was able to secure the company's continued existence through successful turnarounds and transformations and achieve significant increases in sales and efficiency. His global experience includes establishing an international production network with responsibility for sites in the US and China, as well as developing strategic alliances on a global level. With impressive innovative strength, he has opened up new business areas and accelerated processes through targeted digitization projects. In addition, his leadership skills are evident in the successful reorganization of sales, production, service, and purchasing, as well as in the implementation of challenging change management projects, such as the introduction of a team-oriented corporate culture and lean management.

Jürgen Thielemann is a partner with extensive expertise in the consumer goods and mechanical engineering industries. With his experience in the valve and control technology industry as well as in the field of manufacturing plants and mechanical engineering, he successfully fills all specialist and management positions in these areas. His particular area of expertise is human resources, where he successfully finds and recruits candidates for HR positions in all industries. After completing his university education with a degree in production engineering, he began his professional career in science and organizational consulting. Mr. Thielemann then worked primarily in the consumer goods industry, in shopfitting, and in the fittings and control technology industry for the steam and energy sector. As a manager, he was responsible for the functional areas of human resources, management systems, IT, and organization. Most recently, he served for many years as Chief Human Resources and Organization Officer in the plant engineering sector and as Technical Managing Director at one of the most renowned international consumer goods manufacturers in the premium cookware sector. In addition, Mr. Thielemann has many years of experience in project management and in development and change projects and has been involved as a volunteer labor court judge, as an advisor to a large German health insurance company, and as a lecturer at universities.

Mr. Thielemann attaches particular importance to comprehensive personnel consulting and sustainable, professional cooperation—both with companies and with candidates. In order to find the right candidate, it is essential that the company and the consultant have a common understanding of the position to be filled. Success factors for this include jointly developing an accurate job description and the key requirements for potential candidates, as well as determining the corporate culture.

Mr. Wühst is a partner in our Automotive Trade Competence Center and our specialist for sustainable business succession.

He learned the automotive trade from the ground up, so to speak. He quickly advanced his career from car salesman, commercial vehicle salesman, bulk buyer, sales manager, and service manager to managing director.

He has successfully managed car dealerships and car dealership groups with up to 4,000 units per year for more than 27 years and is familiar with the challenges faced by German dealerships and importers.

He uses his successful psychology degree to carefully select candidates, assess their suitability, and support them as they join the new company. "Nevertheless, I have always worked successfully with recruitment consultants during my operational management career, as it is important to find not only good employees, but also the right ones, quickly. So I know both sides of the business."

In addition, Mr. Wühst worked for many years as an honorary lecturer in business administration at the Federal Technical College for Business Administration in the Automotive Industry (BFC) in Northeim.
