Dr. Armin Betz founded HR Consult Group AG in 1994 and has been its CEO since 1996. His focus is on building networks and cooperation models, which is demonstrated on a daily basis with the PERSONAL TOTAL and SENATOR brands. He supports the continuous further development of systems and processes in HR consulting. Many of HR Consult Group AG's new developments are now standard in the HR consulting industry. The accumulated knowledge of the Group over the past decades is summarized in training courses and seminars and enables a comprehensive and well-founded training as a personnel consultant, which is certainly unique in Germany. With more than 250 successfully trained personnel consultants, this is a USP in the German personnel consulting industry.

He has been working in personnel consulting for more than 25 years and is therefore one of the most experienced personnel consultants in Germany. His consulting focus is on the automotive and mechanical engineering sectors, in particular e-mobility and renewable energies. The areas of human resources and aptitude diagnostics round off his consultancy profile.

For several years, he has been a guest lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences in Landshut on the subject of aptitude diagnostics and its current developments. He is also a lecturer at the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in Munich on topics such as the latest HR trends, state-of-the-art recruiting methods and potential analyses.

His doctorate in the field of aptitude diagnostics ideally rounds off his areas of expertise, particularly with regard to personnel and management consulting. The dissertation deals with the identification and verification of typical personality traits of engineers as well as the definition of development areas for a successful professional career. These are scientifically derived and presented in the book "Eignungsdiagnostik im Praxiseinsatz".

Before becoming self-employed, Dr. Betz worked for a German premium car manufacturer in product marketing and marketing strategy.

After studying automotive engineering and industrial engineering, he started his career in the automotive industry in the areas of sales, development and marketing and also spent a year in Japan with one of the largest automotive suppliers.

After successfully completing his degree in control and automation engineering at Darmstadt Technical University, Alexander Bodensohn began his professional career in R&D in the electrical industry. He initially worked in the fields of displays and smart power components. He then moved to the automotive industry, where he was involved in strategic and operational technology planning. For several years, he was research program manager for the global "railroad technology" research program of a large technology group. He was also instrumental in setting up the "Sensotronic & Microsystems" division for automotive applications. Last but not least, Mr. Bodensohn was responsible for the development and management of a department dealing with the assurance of reliability in motor vehicles and vehicle production.

In 2007, he founded his own management and personnel consultancy, where he has been successfully recruiting experts and executives ever since. The focus here is on finding experts and managers in very tight candidate markets. Here, his clients benefit from a continuously expanded and maintained network in the relevant industry and scientific community - such as for advanced battery technologies and autonomous driving.

As a qualified engineer and successful manager with many years of experience, he not only enjoys a high level of acceptance among candidates and clients, but also supports top management in their recruitment decisions.

Axel Brill has spent more than 30 years of his professional life in management positions in IT companies.

Since 2012, he has specialized as a personnel consultant in IT-related management positions both in IT companies and across industries, nationally and internationally.

After completing his commercial training, he founded a software company, which he ran for 20 years before selling it to an international software group.

He then worked as an investor and interim manager in the IT sector and also advises on corporate transactions in the IT sector.

Robert T. Heinemann began his career in the civil service, working for a district government for more than 10 years before moving to Bielefeld University as Head of the Faculty of Law. During this time, he worked part-time in teaching, particularly in legal subjects. His next stage led him to the banking sector, where he worked for 15 years in both the public and private banking sectors. During these years, Robert T. Heinemann gained significant international experience in Europe, Asia and America. In the early 2000s he led the London branch of a German bank as SEVP & CEO.

 

He has been working in the field of Human Resources/People & Culture for more than three decades. He founded his own consulting firm based in Munich 15 years ago. Robert T. Heinemann's consulting focus is on HR strategy consulting for medium-sized companies, many of which also operate internationally. Previous mandates have taken him to many European countries, Asia, Africa and America. Since 2023, he has been using a Culture of Innovation Survey to measure the innovative capacity and innovative strength of companies. With this approach, he helps his clients to place significantly more focus on innovation in order to become more attractive as an employer and demonstrably retain more talent in the company and attract new talent.

 

To this day, Robert T. Heinemann continues to take on interim mandates as CHRO/Global Head of HR in order to remain very close to the practice. Since 2018, he has been a member of the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) with his consulting boutique and is also active there as Chair of the HR Working Group. In 2021 and 2022, he worked for the global association as interim COO in Paris.
