After studying mechanical engineering in Eastern Europe and completing a PhD at a leading research institute in Germany, both specialising in agricultural engineering, Andreas Dubois has spent his entire professional career in senior management roles within medium-sized agribusiness companies, where he has been responsible for finance, operations/production, HR and IT.
During his more than 25 years in board and executive management roles, he gained cross-sector expertise in the fields of agriculture, construction machinery, agricultural technology and renewable energy. His work focused on leading, optimising and developing business areas and companies, implementing growth strategies, and shaping M&A processes at various stages of a company’s development. New technologies – for example, in smart and precision farming, RFID, farm management and CRM systems – as well as innovative solutions such as automated process control systems, each played a central role in this work.
Andreas Dubois is our partner not only in Germany, but also has excellent contacts and a strong network in Eastern Europe, and advises clients from the following sectors: AGRIBUSINESS with a particular focus on agricultural technology (AgTech and start-ups), MECHANICAL ENGINEERING specialising in agricultural and construction machinery, as well as ENERGY SECTOR / RENEWABLE ENERGY with a particular specialisation in Power to X.
