After studying mechanical engineering in Eastern Europe and obtaining a doctorate at a leading research institute in Germany, both with a specialization in agricultural engineering, Andreas Dubois spent his entire professional life in management positions in medium-sized agribusiness companies, where he was responsible for finance, operations/production, HR, and IT.

In more than 25 years on executive boards and in management positions, he has gained cross-industry expertise in the fields of agriculture, construction machinery, agricultural technology, and renewable energies. His work focused on managing, optimizing, and developing business areas and companies, implementing growth strategies, and designing M&A processes in various phases of the company's development. New technologies, e.g., in smart and precision farming, RFID, or farm management and CRM systems, as well as innovative solutions such as automated process control systems, played a central role in each case.

Andreas Dubois is our partner not only in Germany, but also has excellent contacts and networks in Eastern Europe and supports clients from the AGRIBUSINESS sector with a particular focus on agricultural technology (AgTech and start-up companies), MACHINE ENGINEERING with a focus on agricultural and construction machinery, and ENERGY MANAGEMENT / RENEWABLE ENERGIES with a particular specialization in Power to X.

As a personnel consultant at SENATOR Partners , Bernd Erhardt SENATOR Partners over 30 years of sales, marketing, and management experience to the table—a solid foundation for successfully filling positions that are considered particularly demanding or challenging.

His industry expertise covers retail and services, IT and software, automation, mechanical and plant engineering, and medical technology. He has particularly deep roots in the packaging industry, which he has worked with closely for many years. He also has extensive expertise in the field of human resources development.

His broad spectrum of industry knowledge stems from his many years of experience as a sales manager in the retail sector. In this role, he supported well-known companies and franchise systems in structured development, operational business, and the effective implementation of sales measures. This also gave him a deep understanding of change management—a topic that has been a recurring theme throughout his professional career.

Bernd Erhardt later took over the management of a marketing group, focusing on data-driven marketing, online business, IT, and CRM systems. Here, too, the focus of his work was on sales effectiveness, digital processes, and sustainable structures.

He brings with him a special skill set that is rare in HR consulting, gained from his many years of experience as a sales and management trainer and coach. Over the years, he has accompanied several thousand participants in practical training programs—always with a close connection to the day-to-day business of clients and employees. These were not one-off measures, but long-term personnel development programs in which he often accompanied candidates from the application process through onboarding to their active role in the company. A key component of this was the use of aptitude testing, diagnostic workshops, and assessment centers. This allowed him to directly observe and evaluate the "before and after" effect—a valuable experience that he now brings to his work as a consultant.

The broad understanding of the industry that distinguishes him today also stems from his more than ten years of experience as a trainer and management consultant—particularly in small and medium-sized businesses and family-run companies. Norma Brenne Henning is an experienced expert in immigration law, business consulting, and international investment. She assists companies, investors, families, and entrepreneurs with travel planning, obtaining residence and work permits, and settling in the United States. She represents her clients in proceedings before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS), in visa applications at US consulates worldwide, and in matters before Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

As a civil law notary in Florida, she has in-depth knowledge of the legal framework in codified legal systems and assists foreign investors, families, and individuals with complex real estate transactions in the United States.

In the area of family immigration, she develops customized solutions to enable non-US family members to reside or settle permanently in the US, always in compliance with applicable immigration laws. In the area of business immigration, she advises companies and investors on the best visa and residency strategies, particularly for investor visas (E visas, EB-5 green cards), intracompany transfers (L visas, EB-1 green cards), and visas for highly skilled professionals and individuals with extraordinary abilities (O visas, EB-1 green cards). In addition, she assists her clients with naturalization and citizenship applications.

Ms. Henning studied law (Juris Doctor) at the University of Florida College of Law and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Troy University in Alabama. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1996, licensed as a Civil Law Notary in Florida in 2002, and admitted to the Minnesota Bar in 2022. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the Florida and Minnesota Bar Associations, and the Collier County Bar Association in Florida.

In 2003, the German Foreign Office appointed her Honorary Consul for West Florida, a position she held for 18 years. In this role, she supported the German Consulate General in Miami in diplomatic and administrative matters.

In addition to her work in immigration law, Ms. Henning is involved in German-American economic development. She is a board member and vice president of the Minnesota Chapter of the German-American Chamber of Commerce of the Midwest (GACC-Midwest) and a member of the Leadership Committee of the German-American Chamber of Commerce of the South (GACC-South) and the French-American Chamber of Commerce in Minnesota.

With his comprehensive expertise, Claus Hahne supports companies in all aspects of HR consulting. His wealth of entrepreneurial experience and broad functional background make him a valued partner in the precise recruitment of experts and executives, particularly in the areas of procurement and supply chain management, as well as at the management level.

After studying business administration with a focus on human resources management and information technology, Mr. Hahne began his career at a medium-sized company in the steel industry. There, he gained valuable experience in sales and purchasing. In the course of his professional career, he held various positions and management roles in purchasing and supply chain management at Siemens AG. At Siemens, Mr. Hahne was instrumental in developing and implementing strategies to optimize procurement processes and was able to achieve significant cost savings through his innovative approaches. He also successfully carried out various projects to increase efficiency in the supply chain, which led to a sustainable improvement in operational processes. His ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions contributed significantly to increasing the efficiency and productivity of the company. In addition, he was responsible for implementing global purchasing strategies that helped strengthen Siemens' competitiveness in international markets.

Before joining Senator Executive Search Partners, Mr. Hahne worked at ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE. In his role, he was responsible for the corporate real estate division and the company's global purchasing function. Under his leadership, numerous projects were implemented to optimize processes and increase efficiency in the areas of procurement and facility management. His expertise enabled the company to realign its purchasing strategies, thereby achieving significant competitive advantages. Mr. Hahne also established sustainable practices and guidelines that contributed to the long-term stability and profitability of the company. His leadership not only improved internal processes, but also strengthened relationships with suppliers and service providers, leading to an overall improvement in the company's performance.

Since February 2024, Claus Hahne has been living in Toronto, Canada, where he uses his international experience to support companies in their search for qualified specialists and executives from Germany and Europe.
