After completing his commercial training, he was able to learn the tools of the trade from scratch at a large recruitment consultancy.

At Senator Executive Search Partners, Mr. Daniel Fertl is Head of Research at the Landshut office and specializes in the automotive and defence sectors.
In recent years, he has often taken on difficult and challenging positions in these sectors.
He is involved in the areas of applicant and project management, aptitude diagnostics and, of course, direct approach ("headhunting").

Frau Lusine Tufenkchyan ist bei Senator Executive Search Partners als Research Consultant tätig.

Mit ihrem Abschluss in Human Ressource Management in Belgien hat sie sehr schnell ihren Weg zur Arbeit mit Menschen gefunden. 

Bevor sie nach Deutschland gezogen ist, war sie fünf Jahre bei einem belgischen Forschungszentrum bzw.  IT-Beratung aktiv, welche in BIG-Data spezialisiert ist und sie sehr geprägt hat. Sie hat als HR Officer und Recruitment Coordinator angefangen und konnte durch ihre Abschlüsse den Aufbau von zwei Tochtergesellschaften in Tunesien und Frankreich mitgestalten, was ihr die Chance gegeben hat, sich zum Career Manager zu entwickeln. 

Danach war sie im Headhunting Genre bei einem Start-up tätig.  Das hat ihr die Gelegenheit gegeben, den deutschen Markt kennen zu lernen und Tier1-Automotive Kunden zu beraten. Ihre Sprachkenntnisse haben sie in ihrer Kreativität immer unterstützt in Zeiten von Personalnot, neue Märkte für Ressourcen zu erschließen.
