Ms. Glass is a trained office communications specialist and a veteran at SENATOR. She supports us both as an assistant to the management in all financial matters and as a consultant in the field of aptitude diagnostics.

During her time with us, Ms. Glass oversaw and successfully implemented several strategic projects, such as the introduction of a new aptitude assessment and multi-profile matching.

Her personal motivation is to help candidates make the most of their interdisciplinary skills in their professional lives by means of professional aptitude testing.

It operates under the motto: There is a suitable role for every candidate, which we are happy to find for them using our potential and strengths analysis.
