Udo Brauer began his professional career in sales at a German premium car manufacturer. His career path took him through various management positions in sales and marketing to roles as regional and branch manager at a wide range of factory and company locations.

After more than 22 years in industry, he moved into HR consulting in 2004, initially as a senior consultant and then as branch manager and managing director.

At SENATOR, he has been using his broad expertise since 2008 to support primarily medium-sized companies in the fields of mechanical and plant engineering, automotive, defense, and aerospace, as well as the automotive trade, in filling specialist and management positions.

In addition, he also specializes in management audits, organizational development, and aptitude diagnostics.

In addition to his detailed, systematic approach to work, he is characterized by his intensive communication with customers and employees and his high level of service and customer orientation.

After completing his commercial training, he was able to learn the tools of the trade from scratch at a large personnel consulting firm.

At Senator Executive Search Partners, Daniel Fertl is Head of Research at the Landshut office and specializes in the automotive and defense industries.
In recent years, he has often taken on difficult and challenging positions in these areas.
He is involved in applicant and project management, aptitude testing, and, of course, direct approach ("headhunting").
