Robert T. Heinemann began his career in the public sector, working for a district government for more than 10 years before moving to Bielefeld University as Head of the Faculty of Law. During this time, he worked part-time in teaching, particularly in legal subjects. His next stage led him to the banking sector, where he worked for 15 years in both the public and private banking sectors. During these years, Robert T. Heinemann gained significant international experience in Europe, Asia and America. In the early 2000s he led the London branch of a German bank as SEVP & CEO.

 

He has been working in the field of Human Resources/People & Culture for more than three decades. He founded his own consulting firm based in Munich 15 years ago. Robert T. Heinemann's consulting focus is on HR strategy consulting for medium-sized companies, many of which also operate internationally. Previous mandates have taken him to many European countries, Asia, Africa and America. Since 2023, he has been using a Culture of Innovation Survey to measure the innovative capacity and innovative strength of companies. With this approach, he helps his clients to place significantly more focus on innovation in order to become more attractive as an employer and demonstrably retain more talent in the company and attract new talent.

 

To this day, Robert T. Heinemann continues to take on interim mandates as CHRO/Global Head of HR in order to remain very close to the practice. Since 2018, he has been a member of the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) with his consulting boutique and is also active there as Chair of the HR Working Group. In 2021 and 2022, he worked for the global association as interim COO in Paris.

Dr. Andreas H. Maulitz is a personnel consultant at Senator Partners and sees himself as a strategic partner for entrepreneurs, owners and experienced leaders. Dr. Maulitz brings over two decades of international IT leadership experience from the industry. In previous roles as Senior Program Manager, Division Manager and Director, he led global transformation programs, was responsible for IT budgets in the double-digit million range and led multicultural teams in Europe, the Middle East and Asia in line and in complex matrix structures. Today, his practical experience in corporate groups and dynamic growth markets forms the basis for his sound advice - he knows the challenges at decision-maker level from his own experience.

Matthias König greift auf mehr als 25 Jahre Erfahrung als Geschäftsführer und CEO in der verarbeitenden Industrie zurück. Dabei konnte er sich umfangreiche Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Steuerung von Business Development-, Performance Improvement- und Turnaround-Prozessen erarbeiten und diese erfolgreich anwenden. In dieser Zeit leistete er mehrfach wesentliche Beiträge zur Wertsteigerung und Existenzsicherung. Seit mehr als 10 Jahren ist er Inhaber der Beratungsboutique prodatio consulting.

Er sammelte Erfahrungen in Kapitalgesellschaften mit Familienhintergrund, in Publikumsgesellschaften sowie Portfoliogesellschaften von Private-Equity Unternehmen. Mehrfach war er in M&A-Projekte eingebunden. Neben der Erarbeitung und Umsetzung neuer Strategien für Märkte, Produkte, Technologien sowie Standorte stand die Sicherstellung der Finanzierung immer im Mittelpunkt. Mit den Mitteln der Organisationsentwicklung konnten die erarbeiteten Strategien und Ergebnisse von Changeprozessen verstetigt und dauerhaft in den Unternehmen verankert werden.

In seiner operativen Tätigkeit sammelte er umfangreiche Erfahrungen im Vertrieb mit nationalen und internationalen Key-Accounts sowie im strategischen und operativen Marketing. Nicht selten war die prozessuale und strukturelle Umgestaltung komplexer Produktionsstätten mit Technologien der Holz-, Glas-, Stahl-, Aluminium-, Kunststoff- oder Betonverarbeitung eine wichtige Basis für den Erfolg.

Seit 2010 befasst sich Herr König mit allen Fragestellungen der Nachhaltigkeit im Bauwesen.

Herr König hat einen Hochschulabschluss in Volkswirtschaft sowie Wirtschaftsinformatik und hat berufsbegleitend Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, Unternehmensführung sowie Controlling studiert. Er ist zertifizierter Nachhaltigkeitsmanager.

Neben seiner Beratungstätigkeit ist er als Beirat tätig und publiziert regelmäßig in Fachmedien zu aktuellen Fragestellungen des Managements. Als Business Angel unterstützt er junge Gründer bei der Verwirklichung ihrer Geschäftsideen.

Bartholomäus Ch. Lainer began his professional career as a lecturer at the training and further education institute of the Lucerne Commercial Association. His next position in Switzerland was as a project manager in the central management and personnel development department of a retail group with production and service companies.

He has been self-employed since 1995 and is constantly involved in change projects at the BMW Group as a change management consultant and trainer.

In 2009, he founded a management consultancy specializing in management development and change management, which advises and implements in the medium-sized automotive environment as well as in smaller and medium-sized companies.

For several years now, he has been combining his practical experience with the latest scientific findings by teaching on the Master's degree course in Industrial Engineering and Management at Landshut University of Applied Sciences.

At SENATOR, he supports the area of change management and is the contact person for planned and ongoing change projects in the fields of corporate strategy, structure and culture.

He draws on his long experience from many projects starting as an organizational development consultant and works with modern change management tools.
