Over 25 years of experience as an engineer in leading positions in the construction and real estate industry have given Marko Miosic a deep understanding of the current challenges in the industry, particularly in the area of technical professions.

As a branch manager and sales engineer, he successfully acquired, developed and implemented construction projects.     Lars Osmers is a partner and, based on his many years of experience, regularly fills key positions, especially in medium-sized manufacturing companies, often in family businesses. For his clients, he successfully searches for management personalities, but also qualified specialists, gladly also for the difficult technical positions.

    He has always been interested in both economic and technical topics and therefore studied industrial engineering at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern. He spent his first professional years at the headquarters of a DAX 30 company and as deputy managing director of a manufacturing subsidiary.

    In the following years, he was responsible for projects and restructurings as interim manager and member of the executive board of mostly family-run technical companies.

    10 years ago, he finally switched to HR consulting. During this time, he has worked as a partner for a renowned Düsseldorf consultancy, which is one of the top 10 German houses, and has been a partner at SENATOR, which is one of the top 20 German recruitment consultancies, for eight years.

    He prefers to spend his free time with his family, in nature or doing voluntary work. On holiday, he is interested in foreign cultures or he enjoys the mountains while hiking or skiing.

    As part of his training as an officer, Ralf Prechtl successfully completed both his studies to become an electrical engineer and, subsequently, an industrial engineer.

    After his active time as an officer, Mr Prechtl began his professional career in the Defence & Aerospace industry. After three years in Paris, he returned to the parent company to work in various functions. Most recently, he worked in the management of a subsidiary, with a focus on strategy, marketing and sales.

    From there, his path led him to another MDax company to advance the restructuring of the division as business unit manager. In this role, he was responsible for the business success of several companies on different continents.

    After the successful restructuring, Mr Prechtl moved to HR Consult Group AG as a board member. There he was already a member of the supervisory board and was very familiar with the processes, the framework conditions and the people involved. Mr Prechtl has retained another supervisory board position in a technology company. This company works in the field of tracking systems in logistics.

    His industry focus is, of course, in the world of Defence & Aerospace, the entire field of the security industry as well as the interesting environment in the public sector.

    The challenges in the public service are of particular interest to Mr Prechtl. A functioning administration and an efficient public service need motivated and capable employees. Finding them - in competition with industrial employers - is both exciting and interesting.

    At the same time, his focus is on building networks and cooperation models as well as the constant further development of systems and processes in HR consulting. Due to his extensive experience in the field of restructuring, Mr Prechtl is particularly concerned with helping companies in difficult situations. The use of certified aptitude diagnostic procedures in individual personnel selection and development represents an important building block here. This building block is used both in management audits and in the improvement of structures.

    Peter Schönberger studied law in Munich and worked as a lawyer in renowned law firms until he took over the legal department of an eHealth group in 2006. During this time, he accompanied the company's development into a Tecdax group, particularly in the context of inorganic growth and in his role as a key player in the German telematics infrastructure.

    In 2011, Peter Schönberger took over responsibility for the Group's global HR department. In particular, he was responsible for the international harmonization of the national companies, digitalization, management support and the development of a company health management system.

    In 2014, Mr. Schönberger left the company and moved to the management of a professional sports club, which the founder of the Group had previously taken over through Mr. Schönberger's mediation. As Managing Director, he reached the final of the German Ice Hockey League twice with the Cologne Sharks and was also represented on the league's legal and economic committee.

    Seit 2019 ist Peter Schönberger in der Personalberatung tätig und bringt seine Kompetenzen aus seiner langjährigen unternehmerischen Tätigkeit ein. Er verfügt über fundierte Kenntnisse in der IT und insbesondere im Bereich der Telematikinfrastruktur. Peter Schönberger ist nach wie vor als Rechtsanwalt zugelassen und kann Kandidaten für juristische Positionen „von Kollege zu Kollege“ ansprechen. Ebenso findet er durch seine Führungstätigkeit im Personalbereich schnell eine gute Erfahrungsebene mit HR-Verantwortlichen.

    Peter Schönberger has also completed a LUXXprofile Master training course. Mr. Schönberger uses the intrinsic analysis method LUXXprofile to analyse candidates in the final selection process as well as existing company managers in order to increase the accuracy of fit between position and candidate or manager. His intrinsic training also regularly helps him to assess candidates well in terms of their drivers.

    Jürgen Thielemann is a partner with extensive expertise in the consumer goods and mechanical engineering sectors. With his experience in the fittings and control technology industry as well as in the field of production plants and mechanical engineering, he also successfully fills all specialist and management positions in these sectors. His distinctive functional competence is in the area of human resources. He successfully finds and recruits candidates for HR functions in all sectors.     After graduating from university with a degree in production engineering, he began his professional career in science and organizational consulting. Mr. Thielemann then worked mainly in the consumer goods industry, in store fitting and in the valves and control technology industry for the steam and energy sector. As a manager, he was responsible for the functional areas of human resources, management systems, IT and organization. Most recently, he worked for many years as a member of the Board of Management for Human Resources and Organization in the plant engineering sector and as Technical Managing Director at one of the most renowned international consumer goods manufacturers in the premium cookware sector. Mr. Thielemann also has many years of experience in the areas of project management and in development and change projects and has been involved as an honorary labour judge, as an advisory board member of a large German health insurance company and as a lecturer at universities.

    Mr. Thielemann attaches particular importance to comprehensive personnel consulting as well as sustainable and professional cooperation - both with the companies and with the candidates.
